I'm actually excited to play this game after I fix my PC. It looks and sounds so good. The car list and customisation is great. The monster trucks, rally raid cars and the other custom stuff are awesome. Forza Horizon wishes it was this good. I never thought I would be so excited to play a The Crew game again.
I actually really like how I could import all my cars. I get the grinders that wanna start from scratch but honesty the cars are overpriced and the rewards you got (at least In the crew 2) took a lot of grinding to even get a regular mustang. I also spent a good time grinding the game right before this game was announced so it feels worth it to have all that time paid off In this game too since there are a lot of new expensive cars
Everybody talks about the wheel turning, but games that implement it look really ugly when you turn fast and the hands start flailing around. I think a 360° turning like FM8 will do is fine for most cases
not at all its not 1 to 1 and a lot of areas are not accurate at all pearl harbor is missing and sand island and the whole eastern shore is now a volcano

@@metallicafan416 not exactly. 🤣 i pre ordered crew 2 back in the day and I had to play my money's worth just to get those rng car performace parts for every single car i had and grind was terrible. If I have to endure the same thing again I am saying I will definitely not pay full price for it again.

Modern racing games are too positive and happy. Everything is sunshine and rainbows. We need some old school need for speed stories where dudes are sabotaging your car and cops are threatening you

"This is a brand new game" Which it isn't... Motorfest, originally called Motorcamp was supposed to be TC2 dlc and seeing how it lacks graphical upgrade it clearly is, so there is no point in starting from scratch as TC games are grindy and there will be enough new cars to unlock

I still hate the car part upgrades, but I hope the improved controls don't make it feel like a arcade racer where somehow drifting replenishes your nos out of nowhere
Not really, there are perks you’ll have to unlock first to have that ability to tweak the nitrous refill ability. The car parts also have their own perks to tweak your vehicle’s abilities such as improving slipstream, drag, terrain deceleration, and etc. By default, the nitrous charges on its own.
Man I wish the physics didn’t suck on this game.. the customisation and focus on the character is exactly what’s missing in FH5 If you could combine these games you’d have the best driving game ever
If you have Xbox and Horizon 5 then this game is not worth getting unless it's on sale. It doesn't add or change nearly enough to actually push this type of racing genre forward. It's just more of the same
This game is honestly a direct competition to Forza if not better in a ton of aspects. Also can someone tell me if cross play is in the game because i decided to buy the game on my ps5 instead of xbox series x because i have cars from crew 2 i can transfer
