Your neighbour sounds like a bit of a pain, keep a record of everything they do if you feel you are being harassed. You may need to take it to civil court or contact the land registry for some guidance
@@hayleyvictoriacrime we already have started legal proceedings against them over boundary dispute sending letter with allegations from our solicitor. They get around it by ignoring it and placing property on market. Now we want them sort this mistake out before they move but they refuse and want to pass it on buyer. We are so frustrated now cause police and legal ways can't do anything about it. Only way to sort it is to resort to braking the law.
