I don't know what it is, because it's such a beautiful song, but every time I hear it, an overwhelming sensation of tears comes. I don't feel too sad, or ethereal. I wouldn't call it a negative effect either. This song manages to make me feel more human than anything else.
Finally some mind blowing music without someone destroying it by adding their voice to it. This is how I prefer music, something you can sit back to, relax and just go with the mood and feelings of the sounds.

There's really nothing like this. What a great feeling - for me, it manages to encapsulate all that is 'nature' into something absolutely beautiful. This ones on repeat for sure!
Try Joe Hisaishi's soundtracks for movies (those ones from Studio Ghibli: Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle..). And others that are not soundtracks but are amazing, like First Love and The Rain.
