Cross Bronx, terrible piece of roadway, just plain hectic... need to keep your eyeballs wide open

Been thru here many times in a Peterbilt

The weather was below freezing with very low humidity, and the time was about 2 PM.

Whoa! At moment 7:03 you go under a bridge that is clearly marked 12' 11" - I see other trucks around you that easily measure 13' 6" At first I thought it was just the side lanes but there are trucks in all three lanes... How is this possible??
