One of my favorite movies and graphic novels. I’m glad that someone, with a larger fan base,is showing an entire tutorial on how to get an accurate depiction of his appearance.

This was incredibly amazing dude. The Crow is one of my all time favourite films, and it was so good to see the process and someone like you bringing this iconic character to life.

Maybe go a touch heavier with the white for a more ghostly undead/living dead look. Also the facial acrobatics more towards pain, loss, fear and power. Rather than crazy, Leto Jokerish mannerisms. Just my 2 cents mate. The Crow is still my favorite movie of all time and I'm 40 this year. Love your work champ.

Sorry if I missed it in the video, but did you mention why you went a different route with the lines extending down from the eyes? I know in the movie they go straight down, but in your version they curve from the inside of your eyes towards the cheek bones.

Hi Chis and guys! im starting the custom toy road and im having my first problems. Here in my country (Argentina) i can't find any transparent primer for the figures that i want to preserve the original color and make some color/details retouches over. I found White and Gray Rust-oleum primers and the 2X Ultra Cover Ultra matte and gloss Spray but nothing transparent. I see that a lot of people in youtube uses Mr Super Clear, but it was impossible to found it here. Any suggestions or alternatives to use so i can preserve the original color of the figure? Thanks in advance.

I haven't watched this video, I may never but as someone who saw The Crow in theaters twice (taking two friends to share in the amazing adaptation), bought two copies of the VHS and had a friend buy the special edition DVD in another country because you couldn't get it in mine, have a talking 1/4 scale figure, posters, the CD ROM interactive of the film, the comic, and countless other stuff... I just can't. It's not just a movie to me it was an experience, something that has affected me to the point where I can't go on Ebay or sites like it for fear that I'll buy anything and everything that has The Crow on it. I can't even watch the movie anymore because it depresses me beyond belief. So please understand when I see makeup not fitting with what it was, what is... The Crow, it punches me in the gut. I loathe every and any attempt to try and reboot this film. The sequels and T.V. show were all awful. Salvation (which I based my name off of) was kind of in the vein of the original but I had a huge crush on Kirsten Dunst so take that as you will. I stare right now at a Crow funko POP wishing you all the best in your Cosplay journey and I know it comes from a place of love but for me... I just can't. I do respect what you're doing but I just have to pass.

Are you still going to do more batfleck cosplay stuff, for example the Justice League batfleck cosplay as well as the hybrid dceu/comic Batman cosplay. I was really looking forward to a completed version of the hybrid one.

Awesome stuff, although think it may be worth testing out a better white paint? Feel it could be a lot more solid as a colour, would contrast the black a lot more and wouldn't see as much skin showing through. Love the design though, can't wait for the finished thing :)

When i did my make-up i white out my entire face and did my eyes and lips last and it turned out perfect it was hard to wash off/wipe away but it looked great

good on ya dude, i also hate being clean shaven, but when i crow up i use Rigid Collodion for the scars, i think your version look great, lets face it, nothing can be as bad as crow 4 and 5

If you use a round sponge (like a beauty blender) you won’t get any harsh lines from the edge of the sponge. Also q tips will help remove the black around your eyes after makeup like this ☺️☺️
