The level of detail in Claire's speech performance is insane. She looks casually down at the paper whenever the Queen did, she even glances at the crew right at the moment when the Queen did at the end, and all while looking completely natural.

They knocked it out of the park this season. Every episode was outstanding in its own right. And that Christmas speech was perfectly executed! Thanks to Claire Foy and everyone involved in the show for making it one of the few things that I actually enjoyed this year.

Actually, my less-favourite episode of this season was Paterfamilias, well, both Philip and Charles lived a 5-year nightmare in Gordonstoun and they both didn't do anything.

Prince philip decision of sending Prince charles to that bullying school worst decision . That changed charles life forever and also that plane scene where philip scold charles for fearing 😢😢😢😢 it's not the right way of parenting . Diana suffered a lot because of charles traumatized childhood 😢😢😢

Having conflicting audio in my headphones for most of these scenes was very disconcerting and confusing. The visual was enough to establish the variance from the actual event and the way it was presented in the series. Having the audios to further establish the variances wasn't really needed.

I disagree! The queen mother is so pretty, the actor doesn’t seem to portray her how I imagined. She always seems to be smiling, even with her eyes. The actress always has a frown. I think the queen mother is more beautiful than Elizabeth!
