This show will forever be iconic. The dedication and commitment that was poured into it shows in every episode of every season. I would love to see Netflix do this same concept of period drama but for other royal families around the world, or even political family dynasty’s like the Kennedy’s, or the Roosevelts.

The last scene, the Queen walking through the entire hall ... is just brillant. It's like ... "she is so important. But also such a small piece in something bigger called monarchy".
One of the best shows ever made. The only show to win best drama series, direction, writing and the 4 acting categories in a single year at the Emmys for season 4:)
