"Heavy does the burden of leadership weigh on the brow of the one who wears the crown". ~_~ this was a very sad telling of a grimmer side of leading and protecting those one cares for. 0_o 'The needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few... or the one".
The more serious ones make it clear that this show can be used to teach important lessons. I wish there was a part of her talking to Shinning Armor, as he is a soldier and may have already taken a life for the protection of others.
I definitely feel sorry for Twilight No ruler should ever be forced to make that choice For the safety of others Especially the Princess of friendship.
Aww... This is somewhat uplifting. No matter what we go through, even if we make terrible mistakes and hard decisions, we always have that one person that stays by our side and even helps us through the dark times.
Well, I'm finally working on Dragonbourne again, after getting enough pics for Chrysalis, I just wasn't using my eyes, how silly of me....I finished two Chapter's, and in working on more, wish me luck on my writing
Me: Hmm... Hey Discord. If you were actually a leader, would you wear a crown? Discord: No. If I had a kingdom to rule, my subjects would know better then to question me. What about you? Me: If I was a king, I'd screw up the country and all the time I need to do that is 2 weeks tops. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Discord: What makes you say that? Me: I've never been a leader before. Plus I hear crowns are itchy. Someone fact check that for me though. 👈🏽
It sometimes Said that Rulers don’t have to officially have a crown on there heads all the time it’s more like wear it to special occasions like gatherings or weddings
Me: Thanks for the fact check, Red. Anyway, yeah I'm almost willing to bet that a legit tyrant would make a better leader. Discord: You're not too confident in your leadership skills. Me: I mean, you're welcome to prove me wrong, Discord. 🙃 Discord: Challenge accepted. Me: Wait wh- Discord: What do you do in an economic depression? Me: I'm not even sure how you know what that is, regardless. Ask for help from your allies. If you even have allies in the first place, there won't really be any place for a depression. Discord: How do you avoid war? Me: Keep the peace. Strive to maintain peaceful and genuine ties with your kingdom's allies. Discord: What would you say is the foundation of- Me: The education system. A strong foundation is a gateway to a strong kingdom. Discord: Well, what would you say is Equestria's biggest weakness is. Me: honestly, it's military is.......... well, being brutally honest... it's a joke. No shade to shining armor as he's really the only exception, and I mean that in terms of potential and actual concern for the safety of his kingdom. Twilight: Hey, no dirty talking y- I mean my brother like that. Me: I'm not. He's talented and powerful, but he's naive and immature. Anyway back to what I was saying. The military can't do much against the threats that it should seemingly be able to handle, no problem. To the point where a rag-tag team of 6 mares have to deal with the issue. Now the education system is a lot better at least in teaching young ponies, griffons, etc... Still, one thing they should also teach is self defense and the discipline in it. Discord: What th- Me: Now it sounds like a very bad idea on paper, but that also depends on who you teach the techniques to. Also if your next question is about winning war, carefully calculate your resources and advantages and construct plans in using efficiently. Make sure your soldiers get their calories and constantly work on improving their stamina and reflexes. Jasmine tea is a great drink for doing just that. There are many casualties and few rules in war, and whoever drops or backs down first, loses.
