I find it a little disingenuous of Scott to advertise the shows as The Crystal Method, and when you get there it's just Scott and his computer, with the (usually lame) house audio and lighting systems. He's still one of the greatest DJs around, but the live interplay between the synths by Scott and Ken was what made them the pioneers of the genre. They will always have a special place in my heart because of the frst time my stripper girlfriend danced to Trip Like I Do it changed me. Not quite sure if that was for better or worse , but . . . . I can still picture her lip syncing "Oh my god you're the best" . . .
