He's not kidding. I'm 27 and just picked up skating again since being a teenager. This shit is not just like riding a bike. It doesn't come right back to you and I can definitely feel how my diet and lifestyle is holding me back.

With your asparagus you should try lemon pepper and olive before broiling, then last 2 minutes douse with fresh lemon. And optional fresh grated parmesan! So good 👍 one of my favorite sides for a meat dish.

Try searing your salmon skin side down first then flip and add your lemon butter and finish in the oven the result will be a crispier skin and more fat will render out making it healthier and more tender.

Skin side down first bro! And if you're gonna pan fry the fish, that's enough cooking. No need to stick it in the oven, it'll be overcooked, not more tender.

Damian Jackson Incorrect, searing fish like this will also cook it sufficiently in the middle. You only need a couple of minutes max each side. Oven cooking also is totally unnecessary, and would only serve to overcook the fish, leaving it dry and tough. You can see it's already cooked when he puts it in the oven.

You want that skin to be nice and crispy so you put it skin side down first and it's easier to slide your spatula under the skin side down when you flip the fish.

Washington state? What part of the state do y’all live in? Avocados on the westside and eastern Washington are terrible. Out here in South central Washington (think Yakima and Tri-Cities) we (all the Raza) go through them so much that they don’t have time to sit around. We have a bunch of markets that import super fresh ones from Mexico. I lived on the westside of WA for nearly a decade and a lot of the avocados and produce in general in grocery stores were trash. We grow so much food out here because we are an agriculturally based economy and a lot of is it pretty amazing.

Put that fish out of your plates and replace it by legumes like beans, lentils, chickpeas,etc and add some cereal like Brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, amaranth or other stuff like this! If you want a high quality of good effects the food produce, you must go fully plant-based with a low fat , low oil, Salt free and processed Sugar free too! Add more spices and herbs too Brother! You will see its magical ;)

Hemp seeds,chia,flax, are good omegas without cholesterol, Chris Kendall is fully on raw foodie status and is cool with berrics he has a dope channel called therawadvantage I think. Honestly there’s so much dogma and unresearched stuff in the diet community and all the fighting pushes people away from making good choices imo... science is always king and I think Dr. Greger of nutritionfacts.org nails it with compiling science so people can think for themselves.. peeeeace
