Hey Franziska, I'm curious. Here's a question. How do introduce the culture book to the employees? How do you support them in actually living the culture? Do you just hand the culture book out for the employees to read? Or do you do any workshops or programs with them? Greetings Jonas
Awesome question! We use the culture book in different ways - starting with hiring the right candidate, the onboarding process and then as an ongoing reference.
