My brain fog is so bad, I have to keep replaying parts of this. I'm not done yet, but going to keep going until I'm done. I've saved this to watch every day also.

I love her quote! So beautiful and makes so much sense. I also went through that 24/7 pain and symptoms. I now have more moments and hours sometimes days with low symptoms. And the program is helping me shift any negative thoughts to more gratitude and hope. Thank you for your life experience turned into life purpose now. You are helping so many people. You were meant to do this all along. Keep shining your light Miguel! ✨🙏🏼☮️

My husband and I run a business and are having a negative month. I am really having to work to not think the worst. Trying to stay in the healthy range of emotions and avoid “side quests”. I know it seems like the sky is falling when it’s not and trying to use the opportunity to respond differently with hope!

I'm not sure if I can cover. I know that I have ehler danlos syndrome and therefore an unstable cervical spine. It is known that you can get cfs from an unstable cervical spine because the first two cervical vertebrae pinch the vagus nerve and this prevents the body from entering the parasympathetic nervous system. The only problem is that unfortunately there is no treatment for it. This means that cfs is not always triggered by stress, sometimes it is a "repeatedly pinched vagus nerve". As there is no treatment for this, you then have cfs without being able to do anything. I know I have this condition 100% and can't really do anything about it now. Miguel, have you ever had people on the programme with ehler danlos syndrome?

I have a video request. Could you do a video on how to get through things you have to do without giving in bad habits like bad eating, not exercising, etc. I tend to comfort myself afterwards and that's not good to move my health forward. I'm 59 and my mom with severe Alzheimer's is in hospital awaiting a bed in long term care. I'm going every 3rd day to visit. I also have to help clean out her apartment (she's been a hoarder for years) and it's physically and mentally very hard as it brings up good and bad memories of growing up with my mom. My older sister with health challenges also expects me to run and help her with her things she needs to do (we don't have a good relationship, at least on my part). I need to get through these things, but put myself behind by comforting myself with bad food and being a couch potatoe and not doing physical things I need to do for myself. Sorry if that is too detailed. Just a video on how to get through hard things while trying to recover.

I wish to thank you first as i was not able understand what has been happening with me since a month. I thought i was going insane as i was not able to point out what the problem was as physically i look fine but inside i feel like i have been plugged to a electricity literally 24x7. I had 2 really bad anxiety attacks for the very first time in my life....and since then i am feeling tremorsas if my muscles are shaking, vibrations as if there is earthqauke, pounding in my chest back of the neck and in my head. Please can you help me. I am from India no doctor knows whats wrong with me and i do not know how to reach out to you but i certainly need your help.

Short question: i am leaving a comment here because i cannot comment your last short (root cause adrenal fatigue). You said the last months and years that my nervous system was taking away the energy from me and if i am staying out of that Hamster wheel it gives me the energy back but in the short you say that it be the adrenal glands. Everyone saying that it is Mitochondria and adrenals, if you know say that too, than it would be better to fix both? So energy is not coming back because of the nervous system? Is it not the brain that takes the energy? So it is the adrenal glands? So i cannot get mental out of that as i learned from you i need to wait until my body gain back some energy? That now makes me anxious again i tought it is like you said just the nervous system and now i hear my body is not functional. What can i think now?

Are adjustment periods the same when they come from mental overexertion? I can definitely overexert with physical activity, but the same seems to happen with mental activity. Just wondering if I should view and treat them the same. Thanks!
