I'm glad you said the things that keep you up at night aren't permanent. Because they aren't. Set small goals in the direction you want and achieve each small goal. And when you focus on crushing those small goals you'll look back and see that you've accomplished alot. The hardest part is finding a direction and figuring out how to get there. I may be skittish with replying, but from the time i started watching you, you were just a quirky nerdy dude who was pretty funny at times. Then you said you wanted to be more physically fit and i thought you'd just do cardio and that's about it... I was so wrong. You've taken your physical health far past what i expected and you got shredded. Which that level of dedication is impossible for most of the population. You are extremely capable of achieving goals. It seems the problem is figuring what goals you want. Which is like i said one of the hardest things to figure out. Glad you're being positive! It's still inspiring to me. Praying for you man.
