Jeff , Tom & Steve , Sea levels were 5-8 inches (12-21 centimeters) higher in 1200 AD than they are today... This was due to the Medieval Warm Period, which occurred between 1100-1200 AD and had warm conditions similar to today's climate... Here's some more information about sea level changes over time ... Ice Age During the most recent Ice Age, sea levels were 400 feet lower than they are today... Interglacial period Before the last Ice Age, sea levels were likely at least 20 feet higher than they are today... 1000 AD There was some evidence of a 1 meter sea level oscillation in 1000 AD... 1880-1920 The onset of modern sea level rise is believed to have occurred between 1880-1920... Recent rise Sea levels have risen about 8 inches over the past century, and the current rate of rise is unprecedented over the past several millennia...

@@tomburns1572 Hi Tom , The theory presented in (CoOI Season 8, Episode 6) , that sea levels were several feet lower in the 1200s and 1600s, and that sea levels during these periods rose at an average rate of 12 inches every 100 years , is very contrary to the historical record ...

@@tomburns1572 Another thing to consider is the well on Lot No.26 being so close to the shoreline at about sea level today . would have been underwater in the 1100s and 1200s with the sea level then being 5 to 8 inches higher then they are today, puts doubt on the well being constructed there during those time periods ....

I read in a book by someone working in the Stargate Program, which tested remote viewing. He said that he was given coordinates that lead him to the cave where the ark of the covenant was hidden. It didn't give the coordinates to the reader, but he said the ark puts out a protection energy that will lead searchers in an opposite direction from where it sits. He figured that out and was able to see it, eventually. So interesting. But I seriously think it's still under the Holy Dome in Israel.

Maybe someone else has asked these questions but there’s a couple mysteries that I’ve been stuck on for a long time. 1. Related to the muan data, why are they not focusing on the high density anomaly at 50-60 ft next to the garden shaft? It stands to reason that the traces of precious metals in the water and wood would have filtered down through the materials and not up. 2. Why has nobody mentioned the possibility of all these undocumented tunnels, including the fabled flood tunnels being remnants of the explorer that hauled the 1,100 tons of pyrite out centuries ago?

The best time of the year for me.....the oak island show that I haven't missed a single episode religiously since started, takes us from before Xmas, all the way right before summer starts....It marks the onset of the winter for many, transition between seasons and Tuesdays night one stop couch party !!
