oh no, bad levels ← (this is a baba creator that meant to update their levels to a newer standard of quality but was instead complacent & didn't end up getting much done & is now regretful & suffering & etc etc)
I’m pretty sure the “A Chance to Ladder” level might be a reference to Oneshot cuz the X Looks almost exactly like the screen before the tower in Oneshot.
yea i was thinking closing the window but then i realized why would that work in baba is you Edit: on second thought, considering how cursed the pack is, will it actually work? someone please try it out now im very curious
If you measure based on "number of rules created this tick" it's airtight but may break some very complex levels The problem is determining whether the error should be "too complex" or "infinite loop", the best solution I can imagine is to measure the ratio between total rules created and total unique rules
The bird metatext seemed to refer to not just the bird object, but itself as well, so when BIRD IS YOU, not only do you control bird, but you also control the BIRD text
if you look closely at 12:42, you didn't need the too complex. The "Default" turned into a shovel after you unpaused, and then you turned it into water right before "Too complex"
21:50 The halting problem, Baba's archenemy. I get the feeling the Level is Hide level wants you to make a LUA error only when Tile Make E as an indicator. Would be an interesting trick.
It seems like E is an object that is only active on the same turn that rules get parsed/text is interacted with, which means that the solution at 30:04 might've worked if you pushed a text around?
You'd have been well within your rights to submit a report to the level creator each time the error messages told you to. It's all extremely impressive, but a person still can't bring something this cursed into the world without earning some malicious compliance.
16:23 I've seen this effect (or at least a similar one) before without using any weird default object 24:00 This as well (not the cutting in half, the weird doubled thing). Now this makes me want to see if I can cut the level in half without using a default object, since I haven't done that yet.
hey, baba is you noob here, i can understand how to make half the level disappear, you have to delete the default and at the same time, do an infinite loop, there, half of level gone!
Idk, but it feels like something is going on with directionality / facing direction when the default is used. Like in the level with the boat, there was a different reaction when you moved up the undid than when you moved down then undid.
man i really wanna know how all of these cursed level works, what glitch/bugs they used, and how did they set it up for the solution. it's actually so cool
I'm not sure, I think "error" object is update when "text is move so Need to check it Change rule". and when "press undo" , "Error do something? whell that bug so cancel it" .
