Games like these are important I feel. Not because they're groundbreaking or hidden gems, but because it shows how far the sequels come in comparison. TimeSplitters 1 for example doesn't hold a candle near 2 or FP, but it's still the reason we get a pair of very memorable games.

Great editing, reviews nostalgic games, enough "RU-vid poop" (if they still call it that?) to entertain the generation that played those old games.. Dude, are you trying too hard? This is another one I played a lot as a kid, I never went back to it but I've learned that I did NOT have any sense of quality control when I was little
I remember playing this as a kid, and right at the beginning I was stuck on trying to "solve" the scarecrow or whatever next to SpongeBob's house at the start of the game, thinking I had to do that before progressing. Not knowing it was something I was supposed to do later on
I’m so glad people are talking about how oddly uncanny/creepy this game is. I kind of want to see another game that’s creepy like this, but intentionally.
revenge of the flying dutchman and Time splitter 1 had to crawl for their sequels to eefing marathon to Botswana because, how good they had to be to have people repaying them ten, twenty years after they came out, wanting MORE.

Honestly, instead of remaking the SpongeBob movie game, they should really remake this one because bad games, bad movies, etc. never get remakes, but what if they did? It gives you a chance to make something great, and there’s a lot of good ideas here that were never elaborated on in later titles.

I mean seriously where can i even get a copy of this game to play on a modern storefront with a working copy? I bought sonic adventure 2 battle recently and it had deteriorated beyond function; no scratches on the disk, so it’s just age killing these things, too!
Check out Sponge Bob: Battle for Bikine Bottom, but not the console version (and it recent remake)but PC version, it looks like a simple mini game compilation (with decent 3d graphic though) but its atmosphere is something special, a true classic Sponge Bob vibes
