When I read Deuteronomy 28, as if for the first time regarding the curses on Israel.., it was not the reading of the curse that placed those curses on me! But, I saw in my life, present and past that I was living out those curses. Now, what I am aware of is that institutions, laws and social engineering is what is used to bring about these conditions. And the fact that TMH has allowed these evil workings against His people is what actually constitutes the curse. Please consider going to the original Hebrew, or at least a direct translation from it to English. Many words were purposely inserted or omitted that changes the meaning of the text. Lord and god are two examples. Messiah as it is understood in English, does not exist in the true Hebrew since of the original meaning.
