That's so stupid, being a CEO completely ruined Koji with his arrogance and massive ego as even though he owns the company he doesn't even know what's going on in his company company internally. He does have skills on business as he managed to scrounge up a new contractor but his old habits totally ruined it as he didn't learn his mistake on handling Keiichi's company. Then it's nice, Keiichi helped Nagisa find her a place were she can flourish with her career.
Koji had no situational awareness. He was CEO in name only because he didn't have awareness of the market, his bussiness partners, and even his own company. The bosses that just sit on their butts and do nothing but collect their paycheck are the worst.
Nagisa losing her voice!? the last time we had a lost voice moment was 11 months ago from this clip called "I rescued a beautiful girl whose ex-boyfriend left her because she lost her voice". 4 days ago, this art style and character design would appear from this clip about turning down the attractive coworker's confession story. I can't imagine that losing your voice just from the shock of losing your mom could do that to you. koji's such a heartless prick here. new music for the win and the way the male vo said good bye on 4:52 was hilariously gangsta🤣.
In the end it didn't matter of Koji through his pride away or not the damage was already done his own arrogance was his own downfall and he only has himself to blame 🤣 but it is nice that Keiichi and Nagisa started dating. 🥰
You know what they say, Pablo: "Pride comes before the fall." Koji got exactly what's coming to him, and you're right, his pride and arrogance led to his downfall and he has no one to blame but himself
I am amazed that how could the CEO was unaware that he let go of the person who helped his company become successful which was the biggest mistake of his life and also his pride got in his way as well that he lost his business.
FMC: _doesn't talk_ CEO: "Ay'yo she Broken-broken. Keiichi, take 'er. Byeeeee!" Doesn't even _consider_ looking at her business performance, how the company has done since she had been hired, OR looking into her life to find an underlying reason _if she HAS been declining._ No, just straight to "She be Brokeymon Soul Silver; she's yours now, Keiich'." I think if I cringed any harder, it'd form a singularity.
Anyone would have told him that his priority was his employees (pride is if you accomplish something exceptional) and above all even at the same time that CEO must respect his partners (putting yourself at a higher level is a mistake)
Amazing story! Serves Koji right! For being mean to Nagisa, treating her like garbage after she lost her voice (from the shock of her losing her mom) and for underestimating her. He deserves to be punished and become a shut-in. Heh. Honestly, Koji really got a massive oof by letting Nagisa work with Keichi, but hey, he got what he deserved. It's nice that Nagisa became a different person since she started working for Keichi. I honestly felt bad for her, but I'm glad she's happy at Keichi's company. In conclusion, I wish Keichi and Nagisa best partners. PS: Nagisa losing her voice? Hmm, that reminds me about a video 11 months ago, but kinda different.
😤“I am the CEO” you say. What kind of CEO doesn’t know about the top salesperson of his company? You may be in name only, but I doubt you any skills to back it up, and rely on your shaky luck, and I emphasize “shaky” because you lose employees left and right. If you wanna save what is left of your dignity, be a good loser and let go of that company. You can’t do nothing anyways😅
Koji really let his arrogance get the better of himself after he gave Nagisa to Keiichi and ruined his company.😂 Nagisa is much better off at Keiichi's company,😊 and by his side.🥰
I'm surprise the shareholders didn't hold a meeting to remove Koji as CEO since he's running the company to the ground. Contrary to popular beliefs the CEO does not have absolute power over the company they run as everything need to be approved by the board of directors before getting sent up to the CEO for the final ok on any projects. Above the CEO are the company shareholders who are the ones with absolute power over the company as they're the ones that decide who to appoint as CEO and president of the company they're shareholders at. What Koji is doing should have raise some red flags with the shareholders when the company profit suddenly took a nosedive as when that happen they would hold a meeting to discuss what's happening with the company. The shareholders would them pull employees to a private meeting without the CEO to hear their side of the story on why the company is failing. Once the meeting is finish the shareholders would all vote to remove Koji from the position of CEO.
That’s good, just bring up the losing voice thing and then just let it fall by the wayside. Don’t let us see any of the struggle in Nagisa getting it back. Heck, that one where Noa lost her voice and worked hard with Keiichi until she got it back showed real character growth, but not this one. Today’s dub could’ve been a much better story, I believe.
Love the story 🤍 so many pretty girls they deserve more screen time. Love the way the man on the phone talked back to the arrogant guy, main guy ehould learn from that man
1. It is hard to believe that such a downfall can happen within the carreer of one CEO. 2. I find that blonde worker to be problematic, as she knew the company's status, but did not keep an eye on the CEO as he made ah appology. Almost like she wanted him to fail.
Well if the CEO is ever get enough and value his pride yes that could happen also I highly doubt that the blonde girl would want to see the business fail she did actually try to tell him what's up but he wouldn't listen
@@djcreepypastaclown6555 I could see him making the company fall, but how could he build a company with such arrogance? As for blondie, yes, she sent him out twice, but she also knew that his arrogance was the cause of their downfall, and yet kept sending him out alone... like she was setting him up to fail. Else, why wouldn't she go alone to make sure their CEO behaved? She acted like she had the authority to do so...
@@Maninawig well you have to understand something this channel and others like this basically tells that if in incompetent person or a person who is just full of themselves of a company then that company is going to fail because of their stupid decisions heck it doesn't really matter if that person is the CEO sometimes it's because of a person who is an employee at that said business who made a reliable person quit manager or not Also I can say I understand why you feel like the blonde girl is trying to destroy the business but I don't think that was their intention when they were writing the story
