The D’Angelo Russell PROBLEM! 

The Lakers didn’t turn things around because of DLO. They turned things around because after the Westbrook trade Reaves went from being a 3 and D wing to an on the ball guard. He averaged 17 PPG on 69% true shooting (Westbrook was 49% true shooting) during the final 43 games of the year counting the playoffs. Going from Westbrook to Reaves changed everything

DLO is a backup PG in this league; a very good one though!!!

The majority of the lakers team mates had less than half a season together to me they over achieved. With a full training camp they could be better they just need a consistent fourth quarter scorer like Demar Derozan someone like that who wont break the bank.

Keep Dlo with lower contract, he helped Lakers get to the WCF and Lakers sucked before Dlo showed up. So yeah Dlo was good till Nugget exposed his defense. After his defense was exposed, his offense suffered.

Jesus this dlo hate is insane. He played 1 bad seroes which eveyone knew he wasnt a good fit against the nuggets and yet darvin ham kept playing him. His defense was solid vs golden state and memphis but of course he cant guard the nuggets when eveyones 5 inches taller than him and longer than him. The only reason we were in the conference finals was becauze of dlo. He carroed us through the memphis series and had amazing games vs tye warriors. I hope we run it back with him.

Lakers went from KCP, Caruso and Danny Green as their 3 and D wings to Reaves, DLO and Lonnie. Only Reaves is average defensively. DLO and Lonnie are two of the worst defenders in the NBA. They MUST get Caruso back

This whole notion that D'Angelo ruined his career needs to stop. Instead of poking at the numbers, take a moment to understand why his game dropped so much in the playoffs. Ham took the ball away from him and gave Schroder the ball. It's okay to use Schroder for defense but to give him the ball to run the offense is just dumb and it buried DLo in the corner on offense directly after Game 6 vs GS. DLo definitely shot poorly vs Denver but yall got to stop with the overreaction, he was crucial thr first two series.

dlo is ok but I think he just felt crushed during that time in the playoffs like since he was already an established player the fans and the franchise are expecting him to turn it up, but he is a volume shooter. he don't have that kind of juice in the lakers at most he gets 15 shots. unless that changes during the off season, lakers has to really focus on improving AR15, Rui, vanderbit, and lonnie. the scouting reports would be coming in they better improve their game.

Though part is he help Lakers win some post season games they wouldn’t have won without im him including the play-In game. The west conference shouldn’t totally over shadow the grizzles and the warriors series.

I live in Minnesota and I call Dlo Too Cool for School....He's more interested in looking smooth. I say keep DLo but focus on getting a real Center. Why is no one talking about how they need a center real bad. AD hates playing center. If he accepted that he needs to become a center and bulk up a little, and play like Alonzo Mourning, thenhecanbe their center, but to face the Nugs again next year they need someone who can contain Jokic.

Vets that have been in the league know that they can sit on that bench and still get paid. A.D. stayed injured and then forgot because #23 was Happy, until He wasn't, now A.D. is being trashed, like He and Reeves didn't carry the team. when Dlo was in Minnesota, people don’t realize how overrated that dude rly was because no one watches the wolves. Dlo basically thrives off of heat checks and these random “cat n mouse” midrange that he loves to mess around with. His defense is horrific, his rebounding is horrific, his assist/turnover ratio is bad, his decision making and culture presence is also very weak. The more the competition increases, the more he shrinks.

I never thought id say this after he left the first time but... i think its best we keep him. Hes a good player and a good shooter and we damn sure need that. Hes still capable of being a good defender if he wants to be just look at Wiggins. Resign DLO

The reason for the Lakers turn around was help from the league!!! You couldn't trade Westbrook for a bag of chips in the middle of the season. Now we are to believe at the trading deadline they get three starters for him while he's coming off the bench...I call BS! But no one wants to think or talk about it because the Lakers started winning! Also with help from the league refs...giving the Lakers foul calls almost every time someone brushed their jerseys! There's no way they beat GS without help from the refs....no way! We saw when the free throws were close to even the got blown out...

His only problem is coming back to LA especially with lebron there
