I say this from a non bias perspective. Mav fans may not want to accept this but its my honest opinion. The mavs coaching staff need to STOP running the offense through luka. He is hurting the rest of the team by limiting them from the things they could be doing in transition but instead have to sit around and wait for him to constantly try to bully his way into the paint and hope he passes out. Every single time i watched Kyrie get the ball he was limited to an iso which he had to constantly try to create a shot because of Luka's play style. You guys may not agree with me, but thats what i honestly see and it's hurting the mavs. I wholeheartedly believe luka is an amazing player, but he is NOT what the NBA paints him out to be and he should not be expected to carry the mavs to a championship running the offense through him 💯 Oh and just in case anyone says "what are u talking about luka has almost 30 every game" well here's my response to that.... I believe anyone on the mavs could have almost 30 pts a game if they were being given the ball as much as luka gets it.

As a Heat fan, I'm actively rooting for Boston. I truly loathe Luka and Kyrie THAT MUCH! Luka's petulant whining at the refs, his utter refusal to focus on defense and his sense of entitlement just annoys the hell out of me every time I see him play. Kyrie and his flat-earth, sage burning, pseudo-intellectual BS is no different. Don't get me wrong, they're both incredibly talented players and they deserve their $$$ but there's a difference between the PERSON you are and the player. Kyrie has a Player Option in his contract for 2025-26 so this offseason is going to tell us everything about what direction Dallas takes for the future of the franchise.

Rotations in the 1st Quarter killed the Mavericks momentum and lead, then for the 2nd and 3rd they had 2 people just standing being guarded in the corner expecting Luka/Kyrie to draw people on a drive and it just didnt happen, so they take a contested layup/mid range and miss. Any one of those corner players cut back and that’s an easy 3 point shot. They needed more movement from the side pieces; we saw it work in the 4 quarter, PJ was cutting back and suddenly shots were a lot more open and hey what do you know they were hitting 3’s! I’m not trying to completely blame them either, Luka and Kyrie definitely were not paying attention to them being open and chose to go for hero plays instead. They just need to trust each other

I like hearing your non bias input. It's too many fanboys out here hating just because they don't like or are rooting for a particular team. I'm not even a Celtics fan but it was obvious to me, even before game 1, that they were going to smoke the Mavericks. Their roster is just too deep. Mavs need Kyrie and Luka to have 40 each to be competitive. Then you have Brown and Tatum negating that output. Whose negating Porzingis? White? Holiday?

Dallas role players showin their true colors, they are not that good. They over achieved on the backs of Luka and Kyrie going crazy the first 3 rounds. These lights are two bright for them and their inefficiencies are being exposed by a true championship contender. Nothing to hang your head for if you’re a Mavs fan. But if they are sincere about winning, they will go out and look for true D and 3 players and maybe a stretch big this summer. Also Luka has to commit to playing at least some defense. Guys can’t go past you any time they want. That’s happened all 3 games at a high clip

You don't know what you're talking about if the Knicks (and maybe Sixers and Bucks) were FULLY healthy they could have definitely beaten the Celtics (even w/ a healthy Porzingis). The Celtics did have some good moves last offseason, but their record was so high because they remained relatively injury-free most season... unlike most of the other teams in the East.

Out of all 3 games. The only time we saw Mavs play as there usual self was 4th quater game 3 when they came back from being down by 21. The Celtics have watched so much footage and made a game plan which is destroying the mavs. MAVS havnt done anything to counter that they are just trying to hardline win with using luka and kyrie pushing them to 150% capacity while Celtics as a team are all playing at 80% and still winning. A team in sync will always win.

If you’re unbiased fan, who truly knows the game, you know how horrible the refs were at making consistent calls throughout these three games. As a result these three games were not as competitive as they could have been. I blame a lot of that on Luka’s whining throughout the nba season. Refs just don’t like him and I can’t blame them, but man it was just boring to watch these games when the officiating was so inconsistent.
