A great lesson to any person who wishes to conduct an orchestra. What a pleasure it mist be to play under his baton !

Joseph understands how to inspire his musicians, and his audience. He is so fully present for the music, so focused and in command of the score, and seems utterly unselfconscious - he is truly stunning to watch. He gives himself to the music with complete abandon and unbridled joy. What a gift!
