Ancient Europe or Ireland? Your map only highlights Ireland....maybe an error? & the Celtics were/are from more than just Ireland & Scotland. They are also from Wales, Cornwall, the Isle of Man, & Brittany. Also, there is no denying that the Salem Witch Trials was a horrific time in American history. But the suffering & murderous acts against witches, in Europe before & after Salem, was bloodier & deadlier, killing many many more innocent women (& some men) than in Salem. I always look foward to the Samhain Catwalk in the local stores. It's wonderful that they do their homework. I got a couple nice crystals from the local craft store and Walmart (2 sage and flower bundles included) for around 10$. If you go elsewhere, 3-10$ a white sage bundle, around 5-15$ for desired crystal, prices and size varies. Thrift stores are great too.

You forgot to mention the Celtic tradition of celebrating spring equinox, summer solstice, winter solstice (Yule) and Mabon. Winter and summer solstices were of particular importance because it would determine the movement of the sun.

Interesting information but the images are problematic. Apparently all female sorcerers were young & beautiful but not all male sorcerers. So the images are perpetuating the same type of misogyny that led to many of the supposed “witches” being murdered in the past. These were most often older, single or widowed women who were either considered a burden, were skilled in the healing arts (which took years of experience), or were just considered odd because they had figured out how to survive into at least middle age without male assistance. Occasionally a young, beautiful woman was burned for the lustful feelings she inadvertently inspired in males but this was rare. The Salem witch trials are a classic example. Ages of women executed were 71, 70, 65, 60, 50s, 49, & 39 - all fairly advanced ages for women of the era.
I’m sure Dorothy Good of Salem would disagree with your statement about the ages of people who died due to the Salem Witch Trials. So what if the images chosen are of beautiful women? The god of the bible wanted human sacrifice. Look at how many people who have been murdered in the name of Christian beliefs and other religions beliefs. These beliefs were useless to control people especially women , especially when you actually do your research and homework . Good example was it pentagram used by early Christians to represent the wounds of Christ. Who in ancient texts is known as the light bringer. People today still confused between Lucifer and Satan there's a big difference between them as the holy Sophia, jesus and many more are called Lucifer the true meaning been the light bringer of enlightenment.
