One of the best that I've seen so far and I've seen a lot cos I'm obsessed with tiny houses. Love the single level living. If a tiny house has loft, the loft must still be high enough for me to stand.
Liking most of that, better layout than alot of places i've seen, it would deffo work for me and the mog. Love the pocket doors! Seems a bit mental to put in a dishwasher, microwave and a fullsize oven and fridge-freezer but the only half a hob. Put an induction hob in (clearly there's enough leccy for that with a dishwasher installed, which i'd not want) as you can use them as counterspace (i do). Stop putting microwaves above countertop height ,doing that is a great way to get a face full of burning food. I'd need a larger shower(cannot stand those tincy square ones), put that along the back wall with the washing machine, bog in same place, get rid of hamper and put the sink over the drawers, or even over the washing machine. I'd also want the bedroom window on the end wall not over the bed.
I'd put the washing machine under the sink area, and sacrifice some of that storage around the sink in favor of a larger shower with a seat in it. I know it sounds lazy, but when you need a crutch to walk around, standing in the shower can be really tough. Other than that, though, it looks amazing. Really well done. Quality. Feels like a lot of thought was put into it.
Nice tiny home need more like this in Lebanon, Oregon United States that are already on property were you can buy or rent monthly. But it set up were you can not move the tiny home.
This is perfect tiny house for single person or even for a couple with no kids. I'm from Pakistan and I have craze for Pakistan especially in this time when property prices are at peak and its near to impossible for a normal salaried person to build a brick and cemented house. Can I build thus level of tiny house for me. Do you have your company branch in any of Asian country?
But wait. All those windows and dont have how to cover the glass? Would have to always park in empty far away lands only then, i would not feel secure there sorry
Per Morningstar for Currency/Google: $160,000 NZ = approx. $111,380 USA on 6/18/21. Guesstimate plus inflation, primarily due to flaming lumber prices.
Approx. 8 x 20. NZ uses metric system. Build Tiny's website is pretty useful: Link is in info. beneath the vid. Flip up the bitty triangle at the right top!
I looked; base price is $155k and that is not including things shown in the video. For example, the refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave aren't included in that price and would be $2.2k more. It all seems a bit nutty. Some of that is clearly Ikea, which begs the question of the price. Also, the thought of double doors in my bedroom is interesting, but those doors have no privacy features. You'd have to install curtains or something.
@@kurri3501 I didn't see a heat source, or the TH size. I'm a major fan of Build Tiny, but would like them to slow down these mini tours. I'd get a better feel for the build, and they could provide viewers more facts.
@@JillH419 Ikea's maybe not so cheap other places, from comments I've seen. (I've never been to an Ikea store. Pure fear!) Not a fan of the bedroom patio door setup, but I love Build Tiny!
