Oh, you think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!
3:54-5:08 Been looking everywhere for that! Every single time I listen to the official soundtrack, I'm like, "No! That version is when he's making his speech at Blackgate Prison!" The version of this theme when Bane and Batman are having their final battle is just EPIC.
Thank god its so easy for people to extract music from movies, otherwise we'd miss out on a ton of great music that never finds its way on CD. Lovely mix man, this complete score has a bunch of goodies they didnt release.
Yup, as a huge comic fan, comic bane is a joke most of the time. I prefer a Bane who is less strong but can think. I feel that ever since this movie came out, future interpretations of Bane portrayed him smarter than before the movie with addition of his venom.
Exactly this! Bane was the only Nolan Batman trilogy villain I actually felt fear toward. Scarecrow equated to the news media's fetishizing of fear. The joker equated to those who embrace chaos and anarchy, deluded into thinking it somehow 'fair' or glorious. But Bane....he embodies the organized, well-funded, cunning, ruthless, murderous, and genocidal intentions of the disaffected elite, a connection I've only lately realized.
Oh, you think the darkness is your ally, but you merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t see the light until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding! The shadows betray you, because they belong to me. I will show you where I have made my home, whilst preparing to bring justice. Then, I will break you. Your precious armoury, gratefully accepted. We will need it. Ah yes, I was wondering what would break first. Your spirit, or your body.
Mike Wazowski the joker succeeded at what he was trying to do. Cause the sane to go insane. Showing the world that when it gets tough, even the most pure soul could get corrupted. Thus turning Harvey Dent into Two Face.
Uh, Bane basically took over Gotham, held the police and US military at bay, defeated Batman in single combat and imprisoned him for months, destroyed Wayne Enterprises, crashed the Gotham Stock Exchange and nearly annihilated Gotham.
This edit you did in minutes 00:00 to 01:47 was the coolest thing I've ever seen in bane's songs, I really wanted this version, but I know you edited two songs in one @jamin Schmitt
Listener, I merely adopted the music. The composer was born by it, molded by it. He didn’t hear the theme in his head til he was already a man but then it was nothing to him but awesomeness!
Did we see them die? Sure it's the right thing to assume..but did you notice Bane's plate body armor? How about Ras and Talia..sure the accidents they were in were enough to kill any man or woman..but they are not any man or woman. (Also getting killed by a woman is a shame? Odd..should it really bother you however than I suppose Bane was "killed" by a blast to the chest from a Tumbler.)
savagenature1 I have the file names now. It may take some free time to figure out what I did and lost the tracks accordingly unless I've saved them in the sound editor. How about give me times and I'll tell you what track(s) they are as soon as I get some time.
Jamin Schmitt Okay: 0:00-1:47, 1:47-5:08, 5:08-6:32, 6:52-8:42, 8:42-11:46 :P If it helps I think the very last one is called "Gotham is yours" but I'm not sure
savagenature1 sorry for the wait. I don't have the files anymore and it would take me a while to track down exactly what I did with what track(s). Essentially some of the tracks like the 0:00-1:47 are TWO tracks playing simultaneously with some minor re-editing to make them fit. So the version you hear in this video will be unique as far as I've tampered with the original versions. Tracks that aren't layered are chopped up and re-assembled to shorten the length. If you can get your hands on the recording sessions of The Dark Knight Rises that would be your best bet. Track names are basically what the "scene" is followed by a letter and a number.
To be honest I forgot. It's been so long. Most likely it's two tracks playing simultaneously. One fading in while another is fading out. EDIT: "Complete Score" also means that some tracks are from a recording session that were not put in the original CD soundtrack.
What's the name of the part that plays at 6:52 and onwards? I don't remember hearing that in Deshi Basara MORE IMPORTANTLY what's the name of the part that plays 8:50 and onwards? not darude sandstorm
I don't have track names off hand. 6:52 is where Batman is pursuing the truck at the end in "The Bat". 8:50 I cannot remember the track name, however I do remember that it was either pieced together and/or shortened and the final 30 seconds was from the consumer soundtrack. When I get my hardware back I might be able to help you with more specifics.
+Ismail Usman (Ish) 8:50 is "Gotham is Yours" from the complete score, with the last 40 seconds being the ending of "The Fire Rises" from the commercial soundtrack. The part at 6:52 is "Chasing the Convoy East" from the complete score.
+blinkzone1 It's a "recording sessions" album. That means the music you hear is the actual music in the movie. The track will be listed describing a movie sequence or scene. In your case it would be the scene where the police are slowly moving down the street to initiate an assault on Bane. I don't have the tracks at the moment. :( But I'm sure you can get the track titles via Google.
These cues come strictly from the movie's score. All I've done is splice and dice and rearrange them. You'll have to take it up with Mr. Zimmerman or whoever mixed the music.
Jamin Schmitt I should have known. even professionals make bad decisions... Mr. Zimmerman sucks for messing up this brilliant version. everything up until that one part is excellent!
