I bought this book, and probably just like you, I doubted to ever create a 14-minute long Journal 3 Special Edition video, sheesh! It took awhile, but hopefully the final results were to everyone's liking!

My sister is a huge gravity falls fan, and thinks that if anyone shook the statue’s hand, it would release bill into our world. We actually found the statue and my sister shook it’s hand. (I gave her a 100 bill because she was terrified) she has the black light version of the journal 3, so I took some erasable invis ink and wrote “heya, (sisters name)! Thank for shaking my hand, can’t wait to work with you!” On the last page. She.was.terrified. She told me about it and was going to tell her friends. So to up the creep factor, I erased it before she could show them. Later I wrote “HEY! this will just be our little secret, got it!? Tell another soul and you’ll end up in a ditch with no way to get home” probably shouldn’t have because she went mute for 3 months before I told her the truth.....

Hey we are talking about the guy who could have done any horrible thing to Dipper's hand in the deleted scene but ended up just drawing a turkey. he's like a triangle with a kid's personality. he just wants a never ending private playground. About the sea otter thing. In one of Alex Hirsch's presentations, he showed a scrapped intro of an episode where Bill shows up in front of Dipper's dreams, and basically taunted him by drawing a turkey on his hand.

Both are some of the best chaotic, harmless looking influencial god of destruction ever. Makes me wonder who'd win in a fight. Base Flowey stands no chance, but against Photoshop Flowey, it's probably a stalemate imo.

"Please help me" makes way more sense than "Asleep help me" if it was "Asleep help me", Alex would most likely add a comma after "Asleep" to make it "Asleep, help me" which would still not make as much sense as "Please help me"

I thought that I was a Gravity Falls fangirl! I had watched every single episode probably about ten times each, in fact of you had asked me any question about it I could answer and more! I even had the Gravity Falls Journal #3. And I honestly didn't think that it would have invisible ink, well I thought of it, but never put it to the test. When I first watched Gravity Falls, I knew instantly that I had to decipher and crack every mystery ther was in gravity falls. When I watched the last episode, and realizing that that was it, my heart nearly split in half. I was devastated. But you doing this video makes me feel better. Thank you.
so uh i found this video again like a year later (now) and the whole if you get a call from someone called unknown pick it up last year when i was watching this video, i actually got an unknown call. it was super creepy, but it was a new number so people were calling a lot but GEEZ it was still freaky lol

In 8:13, in the short description of Journal 3 by Ford, Ford stated that he gave Journal 3 to S (presumably Stan) to carry to the ends of the earth. However, it was actually Journal 1, not Journal 3, that was given to Stan. Journal 3 was actually hidden in the woods, not taken far away. So, is this an error by the writers of the book?
It is wonder, why Gideon didn't know about Journal 3 and was surprised to find out. That's because at the end of Journal 1, there is "Continued in Journal #2", so it is expected that Journal 2 has "Continued in Journal #3" at the last page.

Bill can enter Ford’s mindscape in his sleep, right? In a sighting of 8-5-18-15-2-18-9-14-5, a sign backwards read (I think, I can’t really remember) ‘watching you sleep’ which was pretty creepy, but also, in an episode of Weirdmageddon, Bill’s eye glows entirely white. Also the two both have at least once written backwards, and use the A1Z26 cipher. And the Axolotl’s poem said ‘misses home and can’t return’. So.........

I figured out the wheel right as i saw it. I mean, it was obvious. There was numbers up to 26, and so i changed the numbers to 1:a26:Z and then boom done. i can send pictures if neccesary lol... the 'asleep help me' makes sense actually, bill would control ford through his mind ONLY WHEN HE'S SLEEPING, and he started to take advantage of ford, and only when ford realised this, he wrote that in the journal, trying to get help because he couldn't get rid of bill as he made a deal with him
Laffed they came out with books and it showed the backstory of bill the last words of bill where asking the axolotl to forgive him for his sins against his dimension and a great power when disturbed shall cause him to return
