Cold, Dark, Wet. It is one of these Nights where nobody want´s to be out but has to sort out some things. People will meet, People will talk, People will fight and in the end someone dies.
@@jasonphoenix3569 Truth is truth regardless of what it makes you feel. And and light creates shadows, so those who lack courage to venture forth to the darkness, will never see the whole truth.
@@iamabbadon9421 are u saying that the truths from the dark and the light are somehow linked, and the whole truth can be experienced only when u have been on both sides?
This music has helped with nights filled with insomnia and bad thoughts. I find so much comfort and reflection in your videos. Thank you cryochamber. 🖤
What a perfect playlist. And it ends perfectly as well with Weeping Arrows. I've been staring peacefully in front of me listening to that song. Oh, how it hurts, but it's a soothing kind of pain.
Ain't it just the darnest thing Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Smiles and hugs, the kisses of love God smiling down you, blessing you from the fruits of your labor They say that's all a man needs, and they ain't wrong. But notice how it can be taken away just like that, without warning, without fail. Ain't it just the darnest thing.
"Ever wonder why many mystery novels start off with the ol' line of 'Twas a dark and stormy night'? I'd like to think that sometimes it's just to sell the same ol' mystery novel. Some chalk it up to the uncreative and tropy storytelling, others say that maybe it was a dark and stormy night. But some of the greatest murders aren't always done in the middle of the night ya'know. Sometimes it's done in the middle of the sunny daytime, but where would be the setting and selling point of a book starting off as 'Twas a bright and sunny day'? But of course, there are times when it's either raining, or it's a dark midnight, or... or it actually was a dark and stormy night... just like tonight."
I didn't ask to be here in the rundown city of Echo Park, to chase down mysterious monsters in the middle of dark rainy nights. Indeed, I wasn't cut out to be a sleuth but I'm here picking up the pieces to this grizzly noir tale night after night. The twisted faces are familiar yet the humanity behind them is gone. Each one vanquished brings no relief. I sit here in my office listening to this slow dark music when I finally realize the truth. They didn't tell me I'd be hunting memories turned bad but I guess that what they meant when they said I'd be Playing with Echoes.
For More Dark Atmospheric Jazz, check out Somewhere Off Jazz Street, Bohren & Der Club Of Gore (but only their album Sunset Mission) and of course The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensamble
swear to god this stuff puts me in a trance. Just realized I've been trying to think of something to do while listening to this and its been 30 minutes of me just zoning out.
*”Most people live in ignorance. They live in the shadow of the horrors this world has to offer. Considering human nature and how many of us there are on the planet, it isn't hard to imagine what goes on. Imagination, however, is not the same as seeing something first hand. When you witness a horror, it haunts you; there isn't any other way to describe it. You feel like somebody has betrayed you and you've been violated on the deepest level. Being part of a horror, that's an entirely different kind of a game.”*
The only thing I miss is a bit more Phonothek. Cry from the Abyss is especially great dark jazz and there are some other awesome tracks from the Red Moon album. Otherwise super mix!
Despite being subscribed, I didn't rcv any notification for this :-( .Discovered 4 months after you uploaded it, casually. It's an abomination and offensive that the video starts with an ad of Reggaeton awful, atrocius, dredful ..... music (can be called music ?), at least here in Italy. Thanks for uploading this
Yeah you really need to smash that bell button to give any notification seems like. I'm not sure what we did but our videos aren't getting through to Subscribers much anymore. It helps a lot if you share it so others can find it!
