I love simple linen H&M table cloths, so inexpensive and good quality. I have white scalloped dinner plates from Ikea that are simple, chic and timeless. A few large serving platters from Zara home that I purchased in the sale. Then I weave in vintage crockery and china sets from grandmothers on both sides of the family that have been passed down, so the whole vibe is chic but eclectic with vintage accents. I bought some delicate silverware from Dille and Camille in Brugge, Belgium, which is a treasure trove of a homeware shop. I find that using fresh or dried blooms, candles and little details like napkin rings really elevates a dining tablescape and I love to write out a menu's and place names by hand for a warm, personal touch. Great podcast ladies!

Have never used a heat protecter ever, I wash my hair every second day and blow dry it. I do not have split ends or damage hair. The key is to cut your ends regulary and not use a ton of styling products. I only do it twice a year, but then I take some good centimeters. There actually is nothing that would cover your hair from the heat that wont also dry your hair out. Read the label on what it contains...

I agree on tablecloths go by a piece of material in the colour u like and there u go and put ur money into forks spoons etc cheers

Your hair at the ends would only be five years old if the length is is reaching 30” as hair grows approximately 1/2” per month. So bob or shoulder length is basically only two years max.
