The USA is full of homeless Americans. No jobs even for college graduates. Businesses are closing. Lots of crime . Rent in the thousands. Hunger.

I sympathise to a point and it's a shit situation to be homeless but, if you enter a country illegally then your options are always going to be very limited. A lot of Europeans are struggling to find work and we have a serious cost of living crisis right across the continent so it really isn't worth spending thousands of Euros to be trafficked across the Med because 99% of the time you will end up in this situation. The streets of Europe are not paved with gold - this is the reality, for a lot of native people too.

The problem is that african countries are so challenging economically. But the lucky thing is we have space in Africa. Its better to go to a rural area in africa where you can have some land and grow your own food etc In the West you need to have a lot of money

If you can manage that in Africa, then do that! You could offer rentals to tourists over there, ppl love eco tourism, watching birds, hiking etc. If you cannot offer rooms, maybe somebody else can and you could offer to be a tour guide. Its all possible via internet and the Europeans just now discovered they can travel to Africa too for a vacation. I at least wanna go in some months.

@@gunwu9084 Funny you should say that. Opening my first beach front property in 2025. I left a 6 figure income in the US to come home because i got tired of feeling like a foreigner. But I had a career in technology so its easier for me than it is for these guys. But as the saying goes..you have to start somewhere.

@@tinotendakunaishe7952 I was thinking more of those whose parents might own a house and land already. Maybe they can make a spare room for tourists and offer Bed & Breakfast on their farm or if they do not have a spare room they might be able to put up a comfortable tent for guests on their land.

@@tinotendakunaishe7952may I ask what you mean by “feeling like a foreigner”? I feel homesick even when I’m at my vacation property in Florida and it’s beautiful there so I just cannot imagine being so far separated from everything and everyone that feels like home. That’s really sad, but congratulations on your business. I’m glad you have found peace and purpose again.

I just saw a African sleeping in the middle of city streets homeless, and i thought to myself, no way this is better than wherever they’re from… guy was sleeping and it smells like piss in the area.. so i started googling to see what’s up.. Seriously what’s the point to come to europe and be homeless sleeping in piss?

The vast majority of American homeless are Americans who can't find jobs because of other issues. Most American immigrants prosper even without learning English. Even illegal immigrants get jobs and live a better life than European immigrants. It's better to stay home than to immigrate to Europe, even getting there could cost your life

The combination of racism and lack of a cohesive community network are the main factors responsible for this situation. Other foreign communities in Italy (like Filipino and Chinese among others) have very few of their numbers stranded to Italian city stations, because they have their fellow countrymen support, AND having a far less biased discrimination by the locals...

Let’s not negate the overall more aggressive behavior of people from specific regions. Don’t so would be as foolish as me denying black on black crime even though I grew up steeped in poverty in Detroit.
