Dude I totally thought the same thing and it is why I even clicked on the video lol. Then it just turned out to be an .exe mods compilation and I was like 💀
wanna say this in the nicest way but this is kinda clickbait: you advertise the video as some theory of base srb2 having a totally dark atmosphere but instead just play mods
you know, i gotta be honest, but the lack of (actually good) horror mods for srb2 is kinda UNFAIR in a sorta way, like seriously, doom gets horror content, sonic the hedgehog in general gets horror content, yet SRB2 rarely if EVER gets anything horror related, and even if they do, the horror mod in question is either subject to overly used tropes in horror (blood and gore), rarely messes with the game, let alone your pc by any chance, or has already faded into obscurity, lost to time. then again, I'm fine with people creating whatever they desire, I just wish there were more people that could make some pretty PHENOMENAL srb2 horror mods, map or not, hopefully including some more fourth wall breaking shenanigans, intentional glitches if they feel like it, and just overall a genuinely fun and scary horror experience in general.
1:48 Okay, Exetior and JC Sonic.EXE look the same, but the difference would be is how they behave and story. Sonic.EXE is just a demon in a DVD who is a try hard, Exetior is a demon who possessed Sonic. Since Sonic is fine here, we can assume it's JC Sonic.EXE, therefore the one speaking isn't Exetior, it's OG Sonic.EXE
