I just came back from looking at the moon through my own telescope in the backyard, and I find this in my subscription box. It's a sign from the furry allfather.

It'll take forever, but it would be rather interesting if the moon just suddenly hit the Roche Limit. We would be pummeled with meteors but we may get a rather cool ring out of it. Stable tides and moonlight cycles, or some super sick rings? Amidst the chaos of the moon suddenly shattering, I think a ring would be pretty cool.
If it's something they can wait out, then there are medical supplies and even the ability to do surgery on ISS. For most ailments, the idea is to stay on ISS - after all, they're floating, so moving around and doing things isn't as difficult as on earth. However for serious issues, like appendicitis, they would require immediate evacuation of the individual and the crew they went up with (meaning 2-4 people would come back down, depending on how many flew up in that vehicle).
@@HiyuMarten That definitely makes sense since it would cost so much to send them back. Is it mandatory then that one of the crew be a licensed surgeon or some other kind of medical professional?
@@PerusingPanda Since there's so few of them up there at any given time, all of them are trained in the basics of surgery. If you've been to surgery in Houston, you might have been patched up by an astronaut!
I don't even know either at this point. I'm not wearing it for most future projects (it's a surprising amount of hassle). I think I was just very insecure about showing my face.
