Honestly, you're so real for making this video. It's very disheartening how the studio behind one of my favorite Roblox games treats small-time contents creators, by luring them in with the prospect of payment when they aren't eligible for payment from RU-vid, and then using them to promote the game and restricting them from critiquing it in the slightest. This is 100% a video that needed to be made. On behalf of every SCP: Roleplay content creator, we've got your back!

Hey, former moderator Asa_NB here. I haven't been involved in the SCPRP or even just the SCP community in a while, but I can confirm just how corrupt the SCP roleplay staff is, and how badly they want to have 100% control of everything being discussed. Back when I was a moderator for the first time, I was banned after discussing a few unjust bans and how people were unfairly removed from the VIP role in the discord. Keep in mind, it wasn't just some corrupt moderator who decided I was saying too much, it was metatableindex himself. I wish the best for you, Ooz, and the worst for the SCPRP staff.

This is so true. So many mods get away with so much shit. I had an issue in my custom server with someone who was disrespecting my members and were stealing lots of the ideas I used in my server due to previous beef. I asked a senior mod to join the game if possible because I needed help and rather than saying "sorry, but I can`t. I am not free right now." Instead he said "I dont care, this is a waste of my time". I also have had issues with mods having bias for specific reasons such as certain mods protecting players from punishment due to them sharing similar beliefs or simply for being a furry. I really do think that for such a large roblox game, their staff team should be reformed and taken more seriously. All this being said, there is still a lot of good moderators out there but this bs is ridiculous.

To be perfectly honest, bugs is what makes it kind of fun. When you find a different way of doing something that wasn't intended or find and make your own way, it brings some kind of joy. It adds a bit of change. The same repetitive thing of shooting Class D and CI and testing and healing and maintaining scps and so on gets very boring.

I have had a similar experience with moderation, but with the reporting factor, I had a full document of proof on a predator in a roleplay server affiliated with SCP:RP, contacted the Faction Hub along with SCP:RP Moderation to get this person off of the game entirely, moderation had actually blocked me and closed my report completely with no punishments given out, it's 100% went down in a decline.

5:41 truly agree, at times the discord moderation team ignored people bypassing banned words (aka "favoritism"). I think the mods need to be changed to people that actually care about SCP: Roleplay and are not in it for (supposedly) money (I heard they get paid, thing that I HIGHLY doubt).

When people remove you or ban you from a certain group for these little reasons, it usually means they don’t like you and just wanted any reason to remove you while not looking like the bad guy. They took you making a minuscule comment about a bug and turned it into a bad thing to have a reason to remove you. Those types of people are truly horrible and are so low to do things like this just because they don’t like the person. Props to you for not being afraid and calling them out! ❤

Yea, that sounds about right. Exactly what I expected from the owner of Metamethod and how he runs his group's. Same thing happened in his other owned group ''Nova Corporation'' If you were a high ranking member and you had any sort of bad opinion you would usually get told to stop talking about it, I remember a bunch of members from that group getting banned because they troll posted a spiderman gif farting as a form of protested lol. Most of them are hypocrites so I'm honestly not surprised such a video got posted.

I see this as an opportunity to create a Chaos Insurgency inside the community.

honestly a corrupt mod team will lead a game to it's death from choosing and targeting anyone going against their power or just because they don't like them. And many don't benefit from a game that'll target content creators bringing more people to the game that they enjoy if they can't even play anymore or get payed with the program and as you saw, only 1 person still got payed. Best of luck to anyone that is stuck in the program.

I just feel like scp themed games just attract the most power hungry teens (sometimes near or straight up adults) like, they the type to make a meme that says: "i may be the loser irl, but in scp roleplay, YOU are the loser."

used to think that you were wrong, meta was right. now I agree with you because the SCP roleplay moderation team is very corrupt and its a bunch of power hungry and trigger happy teenagers that will ban you for the slightest thing ever. edit: also would like to say that one of the senior mods, bou/kik literally ignored people unless you were either one, a girl, or two, a mod or booster in the discord. also I think that em shouldn't have been given discord mod because she was new to the server, and also she wasn't even active that much. thankfully, kik/bou was dishonorably discharged for reasons I do not know.

The problem with SCP rp is that they take it too seriously, for my "foundation" I literally just focus on having fun and the gameplay mechanics more than the actual foundation part I also don't have much gamepasses (Hostile Class D and AN94 Rifle are really the only ones), yeah you have to join the group to get different teams but it's really easy to rank up The only teams that aren't accessible to everyone are things like O5, Tau-5, Site Director and well, obviously the Administrator But really I feel like the downfall of roblox SCPF was taking it too seriously, it's roblox, not a real job at a secret facility, just learn to have fun.

Might seem weird BUT a few months ago probably mid 2022, I got a permanent ban for "inappropriate behavior" for me goofing around. I HAD not breached any SCP nor did anything against the site but all I did was do some goofy stuff like just not being serious while NOT breaking the rules too and there was a mod in the server and I was around and soon I had got a temporary ban and the next day I come back and see a permanent ban. I had to literally wait 3 whole months just to appeal as I had to "self reflect" even though I did nothing wrong.

I have to agree wholeheartedly. One of the mods for SCP:RP tried to harass me in a private server where we were messing about with each other with other people and friends I knew. (fyi, one of my friends invited the mod over since my friend was one of the bigger sites in the community) This mod really threatened to get my account banned on SCP:RP, with my entire faction along with it over a simple joke of shooting him once. smh they really gotta patch the egos for these kids istg💀💀💀

Shit this rly does shed some light onto the dark side of SCPRP. I’ve been playing the game since maybe 2018/2019. Although i did like the roleplay update, i feel as if it began to shift the game into a cash cow kinda. I mean, the Halloween update is charging 600 robux for a chance at one of the ugc items that im pretty sure cant even be worn outside of scprp. Seeing this BS backs my point even further

Finally, someone actually complaining about SCP RP, I was a veteran in that game ever since it came out, but, it went down hill for my experience as the increase of drama as well as lack of content and updates led me to quit this game, I was also banned from their discord for being “underaged” even though I’m not. And the moderation team is garbage, besides from the old former moderators like hanzo etc, the current mods are basically corrupted. They can ban you if you are in their bad sides.

I have been banned for over about 2 years now on SCP:RP discord yet I still kinda made videos on their game (mostly in private servers). They never gave me a chance to appeal the ban, and they don't really care what would be my excuse. At one point I would've gotten into CC program if not the fact I'm banned (it required only 1000 views on ONE of the videos, I think they changed it). Nevertheless, great video mate. Don't really watch you much, but you know what you talkin' about.

SCP mods don't like doing their job and hate anyone that voices their opinion, quite literally 1984 in their discord if you complain about them in any way. I've given solid reports on rule breakers and they've been ignored and also upon voicing my discontent they complain about ME being over dramatic.

SCP: Roleplay moderation nowdays is just cool European mods or straight up annoying mods that will always find a reason to ban you for that little actionlog.

I used to know Bongo, he was a friend of mine. Knew him as Scorpio, he was from Meta's Nova Corporation, and he even joined a fan group called the Nova Dominion. He used to be cool, I don't know what happened.

Honestly your kind of right. Before the report system was like, you place proof like videos of the exploiter or whatever and they deal with it. But now they ask for RU-vid vids and then they are saying to actually FIND the exploiter and SHOW HIM exploiting.

You should try playing The Battle Bricks, Isles, and Minus Elevation. They're underrated games with good talented work towards the community & team. I'm not sure if you play these games but I just thought it could give you something to have fun & share your opinion about it. These are for sure number one games I play when I want to get online after schoolwork. 😅

this reminds me of how a old scp sl (steam game) server i modded in became worse over time and its sad to see that its a very similar outcome over a roblox scp game

Honestly this used to be one of my favorite roblox games back in 2020-2022, Kinda just stopped playing because some soyboys kept calling the mods on me for using the rogue FEATURE (Which is one of the funnest features in the game imo).

Another SCP game I would recommend if you now want to avoid SCP: Roleplay is Site 76. Although it doesn't have many players now, it's still pretty good, and there's no drama that I know about with it.

I was apart of a custom server called Site 99, they complained a good bit on how SCP:RP had it's fair share of bugs, but those bugs made us have a good laugh. I had some good times with Sardiception

( unrelated ) I find scp roblox content to be very unoriginal, bland and generally boring, and there isn't very much quality when it comes to said content ( sometimes a few exceptions ) that isn't littered with overpowered, overpriced gamepasses. if you enjoy their content, that's fine. ( this is just my take )

I played this game from before Arc remade his version of it. I remember when I was way younger playing it, when it had the original, simple map. I feel schizophrenic talking about it, but it used to be so much more fun then. It just feels soulless now.

Tbh when I started playing the game, I dont really care about the moderation and the situation inside the staff team. But now, I changed my mind after they have sell unban gamepass and focusing on money. You know what makes a community becomes the worst? Is you focus on getting money and ignoring the bug that was appearing in the game. Not just that, knowing that the staff teams are just some bunch of abusers who are finding reason to ban players without reason. I felt disappointed because i enjoyed the game from 2020 but now this is just unacceptable.

As an Ex-Moderator of this beauty of a game, I must say that the moderation team has only slips with with the Trial Mods, otherwise Moderators do a great job, most players that get Pbanned or Tbanned just complain without knowing Roblox TOS or Game rules, I’ve been in both sides of the coin, all bans do have proof behind it, there is no “banning for no season” most of the time you can appeal. And if a mod did indeed ban someone for no reason you can report it??? There’s a whole channel for it.

Im not a content creator but even i had a shitty experience with mods. I got a 2 day ban after i killed a mod at the helipad when nuke detonation ended. He claimed that the ban was because i was gliching and it being related to killing him 60 seconds prior was purely a coincidence.

Also payment as a CC is not guaranteed and is TBD, I'm not sure if any CC has ever been payed. As Meta said himself youtube already pays, it's a privilege to get payed by them too.

having played scp roleplay before it got completely popular thanks to devys first video on it, i find this shocking, since i probably have over 600-700+ hours played on it, 1200+ if you count my alt accounts. I always though that the moderation team was good before seeing this video.

Unfortunately a very biased video with a lot of selective context cuts and attempts at twisting the truth. Let's start by explaining why the main point behind this video is flawed. According to this video, content creators are not paid and hence are "done dirty" by SCP: Roleplay. Before I go into this, let me explain what a "content creator" in SCP: Roleplay is. A content creator provides entertainment, informative and commentary content about SCP: Roleplay to an audience through a streaming platform such as RU-vid or TikTok. These users are completely unaffiliated with SCP: Roleplay staff and act on their own accord. In SCP: Roleplay, we provide a program to help both parties grow mutually, by giving the content creators visibility through our official channels and in return having them provide content on SCP: Roleplay. There are no boundaries established on what content they must produce. Content Creators create videos on whatever they wish to, however they like to, all as long as you still respect our community and the game. It is true that content creators from RU-vid / TikTok are currently not paid, but this is also the case for nearly every single game out there. RU-vid provides ad revenue to content creators who produce videos. We do not ask the content creator to create SCP: Roleplay videos. That's their choice. We already provide perks to content creators in good standing within the community. Content creators are, as much as it may trigger the creator of this video, not entitled to anything. Content creators are still players like any other at the end of the day. Just because you make videos does not make you immune to rules or entitled to anything from SCP: Roleplay. In the past we used to offer viewership based payments (logs of which I am willing to share upon request to disprove claims made here that those never occured), but that was back in 2020/21 when SCP: Roleplay was a much smaller game. It has grown a lot, and the scale becomes complicated with all the legalities, funding and human requirements involved. It is something that is being worked on behind-the-scenes but is not a guarantee. The fact we offer this is a priviledge. In fact, if you look at any other game in the genre, none do this. (and understandably so) But then again, the point of payments falls short on the video itself the moment you show the #become_a_creator channel. This video shows that payments are described as "TBD" (to be done), and as such should not be expected as a content creator at the moment. (1:56) This point is the video's entire premise, and falls short heavily once you actually look into what I pointed above. It is unfortunate that this creator has instead decided to resort to DMing all current content creators and getting images twisted out of their context. I urge you to ask any content creator shown in the video who is still a SCP: Roleplay content creator currently for the context behind their DMs. (but then again, all images in this video already prove none were ever treated poorly) Now, to the second biggest point, which is Ooz's and Pandamation's removal from the content creator program. It is quite simple really. Ooz was trying to create a bad image on SCP: Roleplay and advertise another SCP game using his platform and visibility from the program, and as such was removed from it. (keep in mind he was not banned from the game! just removed from a program that gives him free perks he isn't entitled to) Pandamation on the other hand has had multiple rule violations over their time in SCP: Roleplay and had already been banned before for those same rule violations. I was not involved at all with Pandamation's case back when it happened so I am unfortunately not able to speak much about this topic, but this video proves they had been plotting to harm SCP: Roleplay's image in the segment that shows their DMs. Therefore, obviously not a fit for a content creator program where SCP: Roleplay gives you free perks. (6:47) Ooz's entitlement and greediness can actually be seen at 6:09 where they get mad over the fact another content creator joins the program. If they truly had good motives, they wouldn't be angry about someone else getting those perks. Unlike what he claims in this video, content creators are free to show bugs on their videos and even to play and produce videos on other games. This can be seen on any channel listed in #channels (which is where content creators from the program post their content to). As for moderation concerns, I can state we have a ton of moderators and cases we have to deal with every day. We already provide you with the tools to report situations where this may not have been done correctly. Besides, we're actually already pretty efficient with moderation and ensuring it is all done properly. Moderators can only ban a user permanently with valid evidence (in the form of a video) of a serious infraction or repeat offender. And if you do get banned, you can always try and appeal the ban. This video shows images taken from the main SCP: Roleplay discord server where many users were joking around at the time of the fact. You can find these messages and decide for yourself, they are public. The person who took these images had actually asked around to try and organise a raid against SCP: Roleplay. It is extremely dishonest to try and portray people who take these sort of actions as victims in a video like this. All in all, I do actually like critique. There was a big video around 2021 ~ (or even earlier) about why (the person who posted the video) they thought it was bad. We actually ended up changing and improving on a lot of things to make the game better, and never had any issue with the person who made it. That is what true constructive criticism is. Unfortunately this video is not that. It is a mere attempt at creating a bad image on SCP: Roleplay because Ooz could not get his way. *(Repost from Meta's comment btw.)*

Yo, I was actually gonna start making content for scp:rp but seeing this has changed my mind entirely to not.

I once got in trouble for showing a screenshot of some 05 member announcing "I peed in the lemonade I gave to children in summer" and it wasnt even me who said it.

I remember once in the game there was a mod and she just went god mode and killed everyone and basically taunted us. I was with a few guys so we made a small stand. We were in the helicopter area so we stood in a line and on the sides of the big door. We shot her so much but she didn’t die. Sucks because I really enjoy the game otherwise.

Imagine trying to have your game being hidden from bugs and glitches. Legit most of devs literally watch videos from people to attempt and fix it. + scamming and just in general toxic behaviour is going to kill their game.

I kinda wish SCP: Roleplay gets hacked and taken down. This game did introduced me to scp site roleplay but the first game was corrupt so i left.

Who even roleplays on that game, just seems like deathmatch galore whilst d-class sit around waiting to be sent to tests and die because there's nothing to actually test.

I'll agree the moderation of SCPRP is strange, if they do something bad they pass it off as "OH WE DONT BAN FOR UNREASONABLE REASONS" But at the same time I don't think creators should be paid unless they're being asked or commissioned as it is their decision but yeah, fair video.
