This man has always made me smile. I’ve never thought someone like this actually contemplated his happiness. He just seemed naturally full of joy. That was really stupid of me. He reminded me that we are all just people with complicated pasts and continued ups and downs. I like Wayne the person. More than Wayne the performer. ❤

It's amazing watching two men being so vulnerable and transparent. We need more of that in this world. What a conversation! Beautiful, insightful and inspiring. That last bit that Wayne did, giving an artistic twist to what he had been sharing, literally gave me goose bumps! Such art! I am saving this for a rewatch! Thank you Wayne and Lewis. 🙏

****WOW!!! Wayne Brady gave such a great interview in this. I sooo truly admire his ability to be so honest and open while talking about his life and who he is. His humbleness and vulnerability was something to look up to. When he said "now he goes through life trying to work on "not chasing", I can certainly relate, and I'm sure many others can as well. He said another thing that was so profound.. something to look towards is "What can I do *without and still be happy." Now, THAT really stood out to me because that's what all of us should ask ourselves. So many valuable statements from him: 1)Live with intention. 2)Have a good day on purpose. 3)Your family is whoever is good for your soul. 4)Laugh at yourself. Those are all excellent things to live by. I also admire that one of his goals is to help kids find a safe space to develop their talents. That says a lot about him. Oh. forgot to mention his Freestyle. Now THAT was amazing. His ability to think about what he just said in the whole interview and put it in a song, that quick, was great. How many people can think on their feet that quickly? Wow....just wow. He was AMAZING at that and smart. He have great respect for his family, that’s the inner peace and inner love and that’s just what they did my Grandma was momma and my mother was MADEA, both in the same house but raise by momma because my mother worked and my step dad,

I remember seeing Wayne Brady at a show here in Hawaii maybe 20ish years ago. Loved that he and his family have Hawaii ties. Today’s episode was a bit diverse from other episodes which I appreciate. Sometimes we don’t see how much of our upbringing impacts us, but it does. All kids need to feel safe, be seen and feel a sense of belonging. I believe now that finding peace and happiness is all within you. Learn to forgive yourself and develop self-love are the base of finding happiness. Find the silver lining in our past and recognize we are who we are because of our past. But, love yourself and at the end of the day it’s about serving others with love and not comparing ourselves to others.

I've enjoyed Wayne's work also. I love how real he is.

This show is AMAZING. I love the love you pour into your guest. This episode today was SPECIAL. So much love. Beautiful to see. The wisdom u can offer because of the work youve done has to make it worth it. Keep going. Its so needed. And HUGE shoutout to Mr Brady for being vulnerable this is going to help people feel normal.

This is the 3rd video I listened today and it has been very insightful. To see this man is as normal as all of us that he has gone through traumas, struggles, and keep fighting the battle to make it through all of them. He was very thorough and truthful during the entire interview. I have so much respect for him for allowing his vulnerability be shown and spoken. By far, Lewis has delivered excellent content. Keep going up Lewis, each of your questions are excellent that even I take them to myself to think through too. Keep delivering greatness with the role that you have at hand, Lewis.

Incredible interview! Both Lewis and Wayne are on a path to heal from within. It was the hardest thing I ever did, just as both men spoke about. Then again, it has been the most rewarding and beneficial thing I have ever done and you can’t use it up, loose it or has an expiration date. Both these guys have a peace, self confidence, vulnerability and humility and now I know why. It looks really good on the both of you!!!! I love Wayne’s ability to put his words into a song. It reminds me of watching “Let’s Make a Deal”, where I became amazed with Wayne and some of his talents…..

Thank you for candidly discussing your struggles throughout your life and your willingness to talk about how you've overcome yours struggles and are open to being vulnerable. I'm glad more people are more willing to be vulnerable and talk about the dark sides of their lives. Another good confessional type interview is the video of John Mullaney talked candidedly about his addictions with Theo Von, Then there's Uso Ron, from 30 to Life, who talks about his recent bout with depression.

"What is my level of happy?", Wow that's a big question and one that needs to be clear wilth every level of success we chase
