Haven’t listened to Dave Pasch over here in London before, but great interviewer and I really love listening to JG. I am a student of leadership and I am always super impressed with JG, Nick, and Drew - love their clarity in communication style, the values they lay down for the team which will form the teams identity always come through loud and clear and we have to hope that they have the roster to make the playoffs because their effort and input feels like they really deserve it. Excited about this season although I realise it’s on year 2 - it’s going to be fun to watch the process evolve over the next few seasons as Monti builds the roster.
