There's no fuel shut off valve on a 1210. Your issue will be the two one-way valves in the lift pump have given out. Just change the lift pump they're cheap enough.
I love the David Brown tractors . You did a good job of 1210. I grow up with a 880 and 990 they were great tractors . Case tractors brought them and they changed the color to white
Changed the fuel filters on my 990 a few months ago. I've got a cut off valve on the fuel pipe coming from the tank to the bowl, so no leakage for me. Might want to put one on yours. There's not a cut off valve there by default I don't think. Great vid!
