This track makes me feel very happy, especially since I've been playing Island Mode. Island Mode truly gives you the happy ending you wanted. Even though it's an alternate story, at least for me, I feel like I can see the character, murdered, killer, survivor, for how they are. A mode full of hope and happiness. I can leave the game without feeling any regrets, without any lingering despair. Yeah, it's kinda boring, but the endings obtained in the end are what makes this mode worth it.
Huh, for me the ending made me never wanna touch the game. Not out of disgust, but the desire to move forward, getting out of attachment to this digital characters. It's really powerful and I love the ending for that.
@@morkuswv Why not both? I agree on the moving forward aspect, but that's why I feel that island mode is such a good bonus because, while it doesn't make sense to linger and obsess over them, it gives you the opportunity to understand these digital characters on a more personal level than just the drama shown in the main game. That's what makes this series special to me. It gives you the positives of traditional detective, and dating sim games, and manages to work these elements in a natural way.
"Today is the last day we'll get to see this place together like this... Looking back on it, it was a pretty crazy survival experience...but it was fun, too. Regardless of everything that happened, nobody died."
This is still my favourite graduation ost out of all the Danganronpa games. It's happy and sad at the same time. It makes me think of the characters that died but it also makes me think of how now that Hope has won the fight, Hope is going to win the war as well. It's a bitter sweet ending, but it makes me happy because after all the hurt they all endured they have a smile on their face for a hopeful future
Even though, the surviving students learned they are Ultimate Despair they are willing to look to the future. They will build a future they want. As Hajime said "I'll never let anyone choose again!!" This game really made me love his character, hopefully one day he will undo everything and save the world. He is the only one capable of saving the world, as he has the ability to perform that and only he can awake that dormant power within him, only time will tell if he can truly save the world....
This has something really calming. My life went south for the last 3 years, especially for the last few months. But with what happened recently and hearing this, maybe I can manage to pull off the U-turn.
Just a quick update 9 months later. I didn't make it. I'm at the same position once more, out of options more than ever, it only got worse. I really don't see a point in any of the BS life has to offer me for the past 4 years.
@@nachtaron man, I'm sorry it's been so terrible. When it's been such a long period of awful thing after awful thing coming at you, it's definitely understandable to just want to give up. I've definitely has personal experience with that. If you want someone to talk to, if happily give you my Instagram!
And so the story concludes, hajime awakens with a heavy heart knowing that his digital waifu was nothing more than a computer program. And then the memories he had stolen from him return and he remembers the exact moment he saw her die, while he stood there and did nothing. The world's greatest strength and it can't give him the one thing he wants most. Truly despairing
Until one day Makoto discovers the video tengan left him and rest of the members of the future foundation. He plays it again remembering the terrible tragedy that occurred and is shocked to find that it doesn't stop where it did last time. Tengan: If you are watching this my plan has most likely failed and the world is still in ruin. Which is why I developed a backup plan. The true purpose of the izuru komakura project was not to create an ultimate among ultimates, it was to create an ultimate so powerful that they could transfer their subconscious through time and space itself. The one called hajime hinata has most likely not yet discovered this ability. It is my deepest hope that he will one day uncover this power and undo the terrible tragedy that has been laid before us. Hajime Hinata, izuru komakura, is humanities only hope.
@@jordanharrelson8500 I just finished the second game and I am taking this this as cannon. Doesn't matter to me if it is the thruth or isn't, I am believing this from now on
This is the perfect track for anyone that's been a complete and inexcusable piece of shit but it's willing to accept it and do everything in his hand to atone for what he did. Remember, everyone makes mistakes, even the best human beings.
I just completed this yesterday, I'll never forget this game. The twists, the turns, characters, music, story.. I think this is the perfect visual novel.
Glad you like it! I made it a couple years ago while I was really sad and I just kept listening to the song and wished there was an extended version of it.
Thank you for making this, it helps me do my homework without getting distracted by the song. It is one of the few songs that do that so I'm glad I found this extended version
this song will be always pretty special for me, i remeber just how i was in front of the screen, final chapter end, and i cannot hold tears anymore, and this epilogue shows up, with tears in my eyes i see hinata rigth there, the game really touch me, and when this was playing i had a moment to apreciate everything of it, what it gave me and made me feel
Well same person here, coming back to this comment on the last day of 2022. Lots of development have taken place durin these two years. Definitely in a better place now and a better person now. It's true. After the despair, there's hope shining brightly for you. Goodbye 2022
i like v3s ending though, it contextualizes the messages of the whole series about violence in media and wraps the whole story of the series up in a nice bow
@@Ciccoslovakia I mean yeah, it's good on it's own. But the idea that the first two games were both scripted just doesn't make sense, considering the animes literally show us the characters interacting with the real world, outside of their trapped zone. That's one reason why I think Tsumugi was lying. But yeah, the Truman show concept it went for was pretty cool.
@@boomgirlbucko the way i read it is the entire dr world in and of itself is the work of fiction, i read it as all the characters are people from the real world who volunteered to be a part of fictional program where they risk their lives for validation from the masses (aka the player). the world outside of the academy is just another piece of the fiction.
@@boomgirlbuckov3’s ending does not state anywhere that the first two DR games are scripted in any way. v3 is merely an alternate universe similar to our real world where the first two games (and the anime) are released as video games and anime respectively, and the series continues to be milked until they start the ‘reality TV’ version. It can be difficult to understand v3’s ending, but I feel it is largely hated for being misunderstood.
“Yes, This is the future we won for ourselves” -Chiaki nanami Extra Life chapter 27 Epilogue Extra Life is such a fantastic story telling that gives chiaki hajime izuru and class 77 the happy ending they deserves
