Wanda could not be talking about what happened if waht happened with the baby she witnessed and it traumatized her along with maybe being threatened with violence. They said she said 2 black men took her. That right there is something someone told her to say if she really did have the mentality of a 6 year old. I really think the most likeliness is the baby died and they got rid of it and decided to get Wanda to go along with it and not say anything. Which would be easy to someone with a child like mind. I'm well over 2 years late for this answer but just in case you still wanted answer. The baby was taken at 7 months and 3 days and this video was made 25 years later. So that baby is fully grown now (if shes alive).
