I love Emi, but she's been too much of a doomer lately for her to have a good collab with Neuro. In Drumsy's most recent video, even Filian could barely get any reactions from her (though Filian did admit when she reviewed the episode that Drumsy cut out a minute or so of Emi getting fed up & yelling at her at some point). Other than Drumsy himself, I actually think Peach would probably be the best foil for Neuro while Evil & Illy would be a very fun combo. Also, simply having a male collab, with Drumsy alone, even if it was for just a few minutes before someone else joined, would be a milestone. I'd like to see that happen.

I think I saw somewhere that Fz3D made models for both of them, though I could be wrong. It would be cool if Vedal just went ahead and made his model(s) official.

No. An animatronic is only as such because of electromechanical devices inside. Neuro isn’t an electromechanical device.
