One of Chris Morris creations, the use of language is... amazing, surreal anti-comedy, awkward pauses. The scariest thing about this is that as time goes on, the real news looks more like it. Brass Eye is loosely a sequel and went really deep into mocking the tabloid mindset and caused a fair degree of upset over here 🤣🤣🤣

20:55 Back in the day here in the UK, there was a lunchtime TV show that included a business & markets segment. I can only assume it was aimed at people on their lunch break who worked in the City of London. To the average person, it was complete gobbledegook. The stream of utter nonsense that business corespondent Collaterlie Sisters spouts is a spot-on satire of that show.

@@Problembeing when Nick Rose used to say "Don't have nightmares", he definately wasn't talking about 'Jam'. There’s six episodes. Well worth a watch. A lot of British references but as you mentioned at the end it’s a satire of how media frames things. This show is groundbreaking and it took North America a decade to catch up to its brilliance and sophistication. The Onion RU-vid channel started doing Americanised sketches very similar to this show but 15 yrs later.
