Nerd Voice “You forgot that one Hal Jordan Cameo who says he’s up to speed so technically that means he’s a part of the League” I’m just kidding, but I’d like a copy of that song 😂🤣
It reminded me to an episode of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes Bruce Banner: I'm an avenger. Hawkeye: No. Hulk is the Avenger. Saying that you are an Avenger is like saying my bow is part of the team
Or.... Steel knew that there were Approximately Sixty members given the back and forth quitting and firing so instead of keeping an exact count he just said Sixty. He may be smart but smart people don't need to be pedantic :)) I can say "sixty guys" and mean "around sixty people give or take" because adding the give or take lessens the drama and force of the statement. Still fun to see you lose your mind over it though
I was really impressed by how much manic work went into this video then the song came on and I was floored. You worked your ass off here, edited flawlessly and did a damn good job. I feel enlightened and impressed
Was not expecting that ending, but I legit laughed out loud at the "Green Lantern" joke and had a feeling in advance that you would say/show "Catwoman question mark" like that when getting to that part.
This video alone reminded me why I love this channel. Again. XD I haven't watched the last two videos, so I could be wrong, but at least in my perspective, this is a welcome back, James. Also, I'll go with Citizen Steel. Because it sounds the coolest. XD Also also, you should start a solo band with that voice. The Justice Pipes, or something. Also also also, I understood that reference / joke with Booster Lantern. Green Lantern. Booster Gold! ... I thought he was Green Lantern.
crap now its 18 dislikes?? Noway there are that many humorless Booster Gold fans, damn I have to admit , perhaps..I was wrong.... ..perhaps Green Lantern fans then?
@@GabePuratekuta I know Shining Knight is displaced in time but I don't think it's ever mentioned if Vigilante is. In the comics, that version of Vigilante is just a cowboy actor who decides to become a vigilante. If that is the case, it means Vigilante sees another misfit without powers doing the right thing and decides to be friends with him.
But JLU Hawkgirl doesn't share many similarities either. There are some things that carry over from the comics like the top, of course, but it's still pretty far from her comic look.
im DYINNNNN.... all the stuff that made me literally laff out loud in this vid.. showing booster gold and calling him green lantern.. KILLED mw... LMAO brought back great jlu memories.
Now, my favorite video by you guys WAS the The Yellow Batsuit one. But, gosh darn it; this is my new favorite! XD Also, that bit at the end was awesome! You guys are awesome! :D
At 13:42 i think on the left that's Aqualad and Wonder Girl. And the cape behind Steel is clearly The Spectre. Maybe the red skirt on the bottom in the middle is Lois from the 1940s? And the skinny red cape on the right could be one of the Shazam kids. ps: the JLRap was brilliant. You deserve an Oscar.
The guy in blue at 11:24 makes me think of Garth (original Aqualad, later Tempest) Don't know why he would be here as a never showed up again, but maybe they were intending something before Aquaman became off limits to the series later in the run.
This is one of my favorite vids from y’all. AND it was what introduced me to your channel. This was the only thing I could find online that actually listed everyone so yayyy!
OK. Here's my guess for who the mysterious extras are: I'm 90% sure that the guy in the blue leotard is Aqualad just with a color reversal. The girl in the red shirt and white skirt looks like a slight miscoloration of the shirt on Lois Lane (it doesn't really make much sense why she's there but if Catwoman made it in why not her). I agree with the miscoloration of Wonder Woman. The guy in the purple cape with blonde hair is tricky. He looks a lot like Ozymandias from Watchman but that would make no damn sense. Honestly could be anyone. I agree on Dr. Occult. The guy in the blue hood i'm 90% sure is Herald. That guy in Blue looks like the Ted Kord incarnation of Blue Beetle. No clue on the two girls. Could be Triumph. The winged guy likes like Pteranodon (the Hybrid member) but he's a villian so that makes no damn sense either.
Okay... 5 years too late, but I have a theory about who the one at 13:29 might be. For those who don't know, in 2004, Bruce Timm was working on a direct-to-video animated movie titled Justice League: Worlds Collide. It was supposed to bridge the events of JL and JLU. Buuuuut then WB cancelled it. The script was eventually reworked into the standalone Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths. But several years before, Bruce Timm had expressed interest in one day getting to make Worlds Collide. Which tells me that in his mind, he considered its events at least softly canon. Which brings me back to baldie. His outfit looks VERY much like the one worn by the heroic mirror universe version of Lex Luthor. Maybe in the original version, with the Crime Syndicate defeated for good, Lex decided to stay and join the League. Obviously that didn't happen in canon since we never see a heroic version of Lex with the League, but since they needed bodies to fill out the crowd, and since you can't really tell who they all are anyway, maybe Bruce had him inserted as a private little joke to himself. Orrrrr maybe they just made a vague figure with a generic superhero-y looking silhouette. 🤷♀ But knowing how Bruce likes to insert cheeky little in-jokes, I suspect my theory may hold at least a few drops of water.
So, First of all, I really appreciate all the time and effort you put into this video, and doing the recap rap was fantastic. Also, Speedy should probably be counted because He was brought in with Crimson Avenger as a 'Reserve member' and you counted ol' CI in your panning shot analysis.
I know alot about DC’s roster and yet there are so many here that I never heard of before. Like Aztec, Vigilante, Nemesis, Crimsom Fox, Starman, and Waverider. Who the heck are these guys?!
"Blue Chick" looks a lot like Susan Storm. Did she quit the Fantastic Four for the Justice League? P.S. I caught that Green Lantern joke with Booster Gold. 😂😂😂
Less than 100, qué, like no really, I thought there were thousands of them. Oh cool Vibe is in this. Will Super Smash Bros. Ultimate have more characters? I wouldn't know because I ain't no weeb.
Now that was a great Justice League rap.If only I had the money to support you guys on patreon but I'm just some random teen barely finishing up high school you know gotta get that Bruce Wayne no parent's scholarship before going to college.Maybe then I can get a job at the watchtower and definitely don't do any treasonous acts in order to help out the American Government #Makeamericafreefrommetahumansagain!. Probably tell you guys who exactly are in the League that way your guys' rap can be 100% will it canon hard core FACT! Hope everyone on the watchtower database team has a great weekend and I am glad you guys are back.
That blonde lady in the blue suit honestly looks a heck of a lot like Invisible Woman. And given the Superman funeral scene there's already precedent for Fantastic 4 characters randomly showing up in the background of DCAU shows
Wait, there's a very good reason why counting Crimson Fox twice makes sense! There used to be two people who shared the Crimson Fox identity-- and they were TWINS
WOW EVER SINCE THEN I WAS REALLY CURIOUS OF KNOWING WHO THE OTHER CHARACTERS WERE AND FINALLY I LEARNED A LOT THANKS TO THIS VID PLUS I ENJOYED WATCHING IT THOUGH LMAO 😱💖🔥😂
I think that Captain Atom lookalike might be Doctor Manhatten. Well if that's the case, why did Luthor even need to get the Anti-Life Equation when the League has a guy who could just blow Darkseid and his forces to bits with a thought?!
