Bob as Old Man Time. A powerful song. May these experiences help those who attended to use the positive energy to go out into the world and be of good service.
This was the most amazingly beautiful sound experience and I know I’m not the only one who cried when Bob started singing it! Thanks so much for posting! ❤️
i would say i’m surprised by the hate comments on this video but these grown adults have nothing better to do than complain🤷🏼♀️ thank you so much for posting this, i was at this show and it was an incredible performance
@@sgg6927 …when the Grateful Dead adopted me, I was a Smokin’ gun, Torch they dubbed me. I had a very violent childhood. There was SO MUCH LOVE, & peace, nothing I could truly comprehend! I listened. I stopped the violent attitude that had been forged…Cal Expo, Sacramento, mid 80’s, I had a bad habit of blacking eyes when someone couldn’t pay. That day, I had already given the guy chances…if they had anything, & offered me a penny, I wouldn’t hit ‘em, trying to teach them, promises are bonds that follow us here, & eternity…well, he ducked me, so I tracked him & stopped him. Are you avoiding me, remember, offer something, so I feel effort, please…nada….
@@sgg6927 …before I could throw my Lightning, Shakedown Street surrounded me, so I couldn’t even raise my arm. I’m seeing this incoming Brother, he said, “Brian, this here is my town! In my town, we don’t tolerate violence. If you learn something, I see you everyday…If you don’t care, go be a bad ass biker, but, you can’t do that here.”
@@sgg6927 if you want to learn something, I see you everyday…(I knew where, Haight & Ashbury, I was by Love on Haight, Standing On The Corner, spreading love…usually leaning on the Postal Drop Box…
The only thing sad about this is you. Get over yourself. Unless you have some talent that you’re willing to show us you won’t ever measure up to Mayer.
Nah, he's awesome. And for a lot of us he has made the Dead worth listening to. Garcia, RIP, was not that great on guitar and couldn't sing. His endless out of tune noodling was no match for the artistry of John Mayer.
Then stop watching. And stop with the cash grab argument. Do you get paid for your work? And you would be lucky if you sucked as bad as you say Mayer does. The only thing sad about this is your attitude.
