To the people who say rock is dead, no it's not! It's still out there, you just have to dig a bit for it. You won't find it on the radio or on the charts. You'll always find it if you look hard enough. Support these artists! Buy their albums. Don't pirate. They need our support.
Dead right (see what i did there lol) buy the cds, these Bands need our encouragement and support. It doesn't bother me thet folk say "this sounds like Aerosmith or some othe Band" so what, nearly everyone will compare songs with other Bands and genres, you can't play a blues song without it being compared to the Blues legends of years gone by, and by their very greatness and ground breaking music the legends of the 60's & 70's will always resonate in the music of todays Bands
Of course go to shows and buy merch but always buy the album. Most of these guys distribute the albums through small networks and get a much bigger share of the profits than the old days with major labels. Just the idea the people are buying the music gives these guys a reason to keep going - even if they get a smaller cut. Plus if you don't buy the album they have no idea where there fan base is......
I’ve been very blessed with my life .worked as a sound tech / roadie with some of the biggest bands on the planet in 40years sabbath, zeppelin,Rory, queen, the list goes on and on .but I’d love to be part of this bands crew been very lucky to have met them a few times .they are so humble ,friendly and very funny down to earth people you could every wish to meet .nothing is too much trouble for them give there time no problem for there fans and are always willing to take time to talk to anyone whom approaches them .which is very unusual in the music industry.god bless them all ❤️❤️🤟🤟🤟
There is so much love in music crazy great times I've been a dj over 40 years know some of the great of the greats dj who started and they teach music has that one spirit of humanity and they let it flow enjoy it
Besides the great music, it's a metaphor for life. There's no end to personal and spiritual growth. And for me, there's an urgency to living life. "We got a long way to go, and no time get there." So I play this every morning. Thanks gentlemen !
These guys flat out renewed my faith in rock n roll! This particular lineup is/was their best lineup! I came across the "We're An American Band" cover, and have been hooked ever since! These boys cook live too!
They are a household name, I watched this man playing white snake unbelievable, Then I had a chance to see you in another band that I had a chance to see. Him with this band fantastic all the way around. And the rest of the band is just great as well. The singer Kix a** other guitar player Kix a** bass players thump in a way over there. And then you got the drums killing it, so we got a good voice. We get to listen to them all the time now!!!!!!!!!!!
There's something going down on the streets right now Hate in the air we're upside down yeah Guns and bombs blood on the floor Killing ourselves and there ain't no cure Maybe tomorrow, maybe today... No more enemies No more anarchy Just more suffering We got a long way to go And no time to get there One step forward two steps back There ain't nobody to blame Something's going on times are changing Moving too fast we all gone crazy Black man white man no despise In the name of love open your eyes Maybe tomorrow, maybe today... No more love and hate No more hope and faith No more time to waste We got a long way to go And no time to get there One step forward two steps back We're stuck in the middle And way off track We got a long way to go And no time to get there Say what you will Do what you want There ain't nobody to blame
Ive seen Doug and Brian in so many bands together. These two gentlemen are the perfect combination of guitar & drums. It's no wonder the planets align when they in the band. Its pure MAGIC.
Man I hear you on that--they are a potent combination! They have the intangible chemistry that is most certainly MAGIC. Great band keeping the flame alive-Long Live Dead Daisies!
