I was a cook at this diner during this. Great crew and cast. We had a lot of fun together❤

The toned down, almost dead pan performances of everyone made the little raise in Bill Murray's voice when he said "Zombies" so effective lol, felt like he was yelling.

"I don't know, but whatever it was, it even smashed the coffee pots."

I can never control my laughter when adam says "oh, yuck" its just so funny

"OH YUCK" Brings back so many memories. As a rookie Paramedic everything made me squirm. After 5 years with my partner that changed. If no family, or friends, were present, we would call out a number between one and ten rating the scene. After we cleared the case and were alone in our rig we would argue, friendly, about low ratings. Like how can you rate it a 4, when they used a meat tenderize hammer. That's definitly a 6. Whatever it took to stay sane in the chaos. 😏

The Star Wars speeder sound for his little car, lol

People complaining about the acting completely missed the point of this scene and the entire movie.....the acting is this way intentionally.

I like how the bystanders on the other side of the parking lot keep getting closer each time they're shown in the background.

Deadpan humor in a movie titled "The Dead Don't Die" is a 100% Chad move.

I just love that Danny Glover does nothing but films like this now. He has always been great but he's at his best now, in my opinion.

Aside from the comedy, this makes me wonder what it would be like to be the first person to realize there are zombies around and having to convince people you aren't off your rocker.

I love how Jarmusch is using cinematography to highlight the performances, and each actors different reactions. The same four shots with each character when they walk into the diner. They walk in, we see body 1, body 2, and then back to the original shot to see there reaction. Really great use of filmmaking

What I love is the immediate sense of urgency with law enforcement.

This is why we keep losing diners. It's a shame. They were a cultural part of our country.

I haven’t laughed as often during entire comedy movies as for this. Just too many things packed into a scene that are so good and played so deadpan.

A squeamish cop, a caffeine addicted zombie, what more could ya want out of a zombie flick. Love the bit in Stranger Than Paradise when Balint walks around with a boom box and blasts I Put A Spell On You.

One of these guys battle the Predator and the other fought against Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. Good times!

Driver is approaching being another Walken, and around such macabre circumstances, won’t that be nice.

It's twisted just the right amount. Even a tiny bit more and agent Dale Cooper would park his car next to Mindy's and start talking about trees.

I've met Jim Jarmusch and he's a very nice guy. The whole time I was praying that he didn't ask what I though of any of hs films. When I watch them, they appear to made by someone who knows nothing about and has no real interest in Film, but wants to tell stories. He is also friends with a lot of famous actors who find his work , interesting.

Underrated movie

Ok, I totally missed this movie, and this is the first I’ve seen of it. My first thought is Wes Anderson was available when someone was thinking M. Night Shyamalan. I need to see the whole thing immediately…

Bill Murray is such a great actor that even the other actors are acting like him.

I've since adopted "oh, yuck" into my vernacular for any time I see something that would make me think "oh, yuck".
