Love seeing the "awkward guys". You both are awesome. Miss seeing Colton play with them. Hope you all are doing well. It's a lot to juggle. Can't wait to see the band live sometime.
I made eye contact with Colton at a concert in San Francisco last December when a woman who was standing next to me threw her bra at him during Banjo Odyssey.
It's totally awesome these 2 are still a part of the band for all they aren't touring with the others .They both have good reason not to be touring at the moment but are obviously still as much a part as the others. Apparently all 4 founding members contribute to the writing and creation of the bands songs.Which is amazing considering how every song tells a story with fantastic music.These 4 have an unbelievable talent when they're as one.It's only a matter of time before the unlucky ones who haven't discovered them yet finally do. In the UK hardly anyone has heard of them, yet you can't get a ticket for their upcoming shows over the next couple of weeks for love nor money. Totally sold out and you can't get a ticket even by resale websites, I'm pretty sure their venues are going to have to start becoming quite a bit bigger.Well done to the band and long may it continue.
Well, Im not even sure how much Colton (the banjo player that left the band) actually contributes to the band, besides the fact that he is a good friend to the other three/four men. But Danny is still IN the band. He just doesnt do all the tours, so Eric is the second cello player. What is remarkable and really well shown here, is the fact that they actually seem to be normal persons who can remain friends even when they are not "working" together and can work decently with two on/off cello players :D No celebrity-dramas. Hope they manage to keep their heads clear and music great! :)
@@CoilBoyRunning Danny Is an Engineer so he still has some job dedications that he cant always tour so they bring in the second which is Eric whom is good but i don't enjoy his voice nearly as much. Colton from what i had read left for brief health reasons at one time but is still with the band and is the banjo player for all recorded albums but doesn't always get the time to tour just like Danny. Eliza is the backup for Colton which she plays good but they both play different style banjo and while she is good i still prefer Colton but that's just me. Im a traditionalist once i hear something that i love its hard to accept substitutions.
