The death of an unsaved loved one 

Please someone out there pray with me for my brothers, my family’s salvation. They don’t all believe.

Thank you for your explanation. Lost my husband 1 month ago. I am devastated as we were married 32 years and were very much in love. We had no kids. He was Muslim. I'm a Christian and was attending church for last 9 years. He was a good human being and supported me and loved me dearly till the end. We were always praying for his salvation but I don't know what his last moments in hospital was like. He was 10 days over lockdown in hospital. I visited him the night before and asked my Pastor to pray for him over the phone. He accepted prayer and said Amen! He passed away the next day. I know God is a good good Father and He knew my husband's heart and his journey in life with me and our God is just and merciful. He will do the right thing. That is my assurance. One day I will see my darling husband again. In my grief and brokenness I will seek God's divine purpose for my life.

Don’t wait till the last minute because you never know when your time might come

My Dad passed away a couple of Years ago, and he wasn't a Christian, and he wasn't a believer in Christ. I hope in his very last breathe without us knowing that he accepted Christ in his Heart, and still was able to make it into Heaven, because if not Lord please have Mercy on his Soul.

My Dad died unexpectedly 3 weeks ago. I struggled with not knowing where my Dad went but I have to trust that in his last moments, my Dad called out to God...and God answered xx

I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19........oh folks like this video points out if you have just lost a loved one that died without the knowledge of Christ oh I am so dreadfully sorry for your loss and I just pray God much wraps his loving arms around you each and everyday to pull you and your family through such a tragic time like this each and everyday!!!!!! however if you have lost loved ones still alive then I pray by all means that they quickly be drawn into a saving relationship with the Savior before it's too late!!!!! and if anyone else reading this doesn't know Christ as your savior then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not! Folks you are not promised tomorrow! If you want to know how to be saved from this horrible reality then please by all means don’t hesitate to comment right back so I can lead you to the savior! 2 Corinthians 6:2 clearly states “now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation!” And Hebrews 3:15 clearly states, “Today if you hear his voice don’t harden your hearts! It is not me but the Holy Spirit that I pray reveals to you the truth of his precious gospel......John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes on him will not perish but have everlasting life! V 17 says then V 18 says whoever believes on the son is not condemned but whoever does not believe on the son is condemned already because he has not believed on the son whom God has sent! Also Acts 16:30-31 what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house I am not threatening anyone but just warning them what will happen if they reject this precious gift of eternal life! Christ died a horrible criminals death! He was beaten brutally mocked spit upon and endured countless hours of torture pain for all of our sins! Ppl go to hell because they reject that pardon for their sins! And Jesus is saying to them in Matthew 25:41 depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! Hell was only prepared for Satan and his angels! It is not God who threatens anyone it is the craziness of rejecting the free pardon of salvation! It’s like if you’re in court you’ve committed a crime say you murdered someone! Now if you say to that Judge hey I know I’ve done a terrible thing of murdering that person but I hear you’re a good judge and so I know you’ll be fair to me...... the judge is going to reply well yes you’re right about one thing I am a good judge and because I’m a good judge I’m going to see to it that you’re punished and that justice is served! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Praise the lord Romans 10:13 says Whoever calls on the name of the lord shall be saved! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Christ clearly said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but through me! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! Jesus clearly states that there is clearly only one way to Salvation and it’s him that’s it! There is no other way! God Bless everyone who reads!

God is Merciful beyond anything else. Jesus is the only righteous Judge. Lord thank you for your Willing sacrifice so that mankind will saved from damnation. You are the only way to our Heavenly Father. May every heart confess and every knee bow and know in their hearts you exactly who and what you said you are. Christ Son of God and Lord of Mankind.

Thank you I was searching for this answer I am a believer in Christ but my family is Hindu my brother pass away he was 46 yrs kidney failure he never accepted Christ . Now I can rest and leave it in God's hands only God knows . I am sharing God's word and promise with the rest of my family It is not easy very challenging ,am trying to get my mother to receive Christ so she could have the blessed hope .

My best friend who has only been a believer for 9 months, just told me that his very worldly-unbelieving brother who had AIDS was found dead of a drug overdose yesterday; Christmas Eve by the maid at a Holiday Inn.

If some adult person is religious but not saved and they have possible mental illness by trauma injury to brain. Or childhood trauma of abuse or any other cause of inability to comprehend the fullness of Christ’s salvation and they live with their own ideas of God’s truth? Will he forgive them and save them?

I have gently preached to my daughter's & grandsons, they think I'm a religious nut, one daughter gets really defensive when I bring up Hell, since that's where all unsaved sinners end up! You think I'm going to hell, Mom, she asks! I'm a good person, she says, but I tell her being a good person doesn't save you, only by believing & trusting in Jesus as your Savior, saves you! So to keep peace in the family, I don't talk about salvation anymore, it's really sad, please pray for my family 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

With all the false Christians about, that puts off many people believing in Jesus. People need to be told the truth before they can accept or reject. There are many people who say they believe in Jesus but they do not even know the true Jesus, and/or they believe appallingly wrong doctrine. Surely God is just.

God is nobody’s fool, one is a fool to think he can indulge in all kinds of filth and run to god when he feels his life is over and skip into heaven, god has turned people over to a reprobate mind because they loved their sins so much rather than the truth. Let no man think god is a fool, a man reap what he sows, no man can come to Christ Unless god draws him, people forget satan has children to that’s surly bound to hell, all souls belong to god but all are not his, please don’t kid yourself thinking somehow you can sneak your way into heaven, it will never happen until a man repent turn from his wicked ways and trust Christ for eternal life, you must be born again by the spirit of god to live a decent life before him. Millions are in hell now that thought that some how they can fool an all knowing god . God is love ,compassionate, kind and gentle hearted, but you can’t ever get to where Jesus is unless you allow him to change your life and prepare your soul for heaven, don’t believe the lies of satan that you can wait till the end , you will wake up and find yourself cut off from his glory. And if a man even think that way in the first place he never cared an ounce about god so why should he go to heaven, you got to temper Jesus personally take you to where he is you can’t just show up on your own accord. I hope you choose Christ this day.

Jesus said you must be born again and you can tell who gods children are by the fruit they bear. If a man dies unsaved Jesus makes it absolutely clear what happens to a man who dies without a personal relationship with him. He uses the rich man as a perfect example, and one thing about being a child of god people will know it by the heart ,your actions and conversation you carry. I can tell who is gods child because your spirit bears witness to their spirit that they belong to god. Just like you can surly tell the children of the devil .god is love but he made it clear how to have eternal life,

Listen. All I know is that God is from everlasting to everlasting, and doesn't change. I would NOT want to take the chance of not believing in Him when I die. Would you? The bible makes it pretty clear what happens afterwards, or what's the point of believing or not believing in Christ? We can make all the excuses we want for people who are unsaved and die. Jesus' mission was to come and glorify the Father, and those that BELIEVED IN Him shall have everlasting life. If God changed the rules for someone who didn't believe in Him or His Son, I think that would make Him a liar. God doesn't lie, folks. The truth can be hard, but God is sovereign and He gave everyone a chance to be saved.

I came across this video & thought about my mom who passed in 2018 & had been unsure whether or not she was in heaven. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord & Savior but I dont think she got baptized. I heard one person say the only way to get to heaven is to be baptized only.

The thief on the cross who said that to Jesus evinced his salvation by what he said. Saying that someone who resisted the Gospel to his last spoken words still could have gone to heaven is like saying that the other thief on the cross could have gone to heaven as well. It would be refreshing to hear a pastor have the courage to say that this person never evinced salvation so he is most likely in the very hot place, which this platform doesn't seem to want to let me name.

Don't fall apart. There will be a resurrection of the dead including those in hell and some will go to the lake of fire and those whose name are in THE LAMB's Book of Life will not go to everlasting damnation in the 2nd death. You have to make or you'll be no help to them.

How about when we get to heaven..after judgement..we've been accepted into heaven..but we see one of our loved ones isn't there or maybe even witness then being thrown in the Lake of Fire? I believe when Jesus saids, "I will wipe away all tears from their eyes......I believe He must take our memory of them away...How else can we be completely happy in heaven if we know they are burning in hell?

I don’t think it’s right you’re telling people that their loved ones can go to Heaven without Accepting Jesus in their hearts. Because God is all loving and he’ll choose ? Of course he is but he gave us the Word and that alone is the key to eternal life. It’s sad and extremely real but it’s the reality that if you do not accept Christ as Lord , you will not enter his Kingdom

as Catholic i BELIEVE in purgatory and i BELIEVE 1 corinthians 3-15 is mentioning purgatory. in that verses it seems Jesus is talking about Christians who are "good" people but the faith is not deeply rooted. i think it's really CRUCIAL that one believe in Christ for their salvation and YES WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO GO TO HEAVEN. it's through God's love, mercy, grace that he chooses us to go to heaven. but i don't see anything wrong also if we are hoping and looking forward to go to heaven. i think Jesus and disciples talk about eternal life and heaven to "motivates" us to really stand firm with our faith in Jesus while we are here on earth. i keep reading about self-love and all that and so i really hope and pray that people who are part of the lgbtq for instance would really try their best to have relationship with Christ despite the ridicule of other people. i think that's self-love because you care about your own salvation. you care about yourself more than you care about what other people say to you. idk what will happen to people who didn't elieve in Jesus or those who have different religion. but as what you mentioned Jesus is all loving, merciful, JUST God so we just have to trust Him. btw i stressed the word BELIEVE because i too i'm also not sure of what will happen after life. all i know is that Jesus is REAL and that we should lead other people to him by preaching...
