actually this technique has been used quite a fair bit my older mech builders pre joint days. reintroducing it here for builders new to the genre

It's better then lego builds or lego build spoilers, (sets that spoil movies or tvs shows but you don't realize it till after watching) plus they actually look good

Master Low, many minifigures lost their lives for a good cause ahahah This mech is really gorgeous. Using the legs of the minifigures as fingers is new to me. The arms are my favorite part. good job !

I'm surprised more people don't use that technique, that was actually used by LEGO themselves in one set that I can recall. A giant creator robot, dark blue, and orange, I believe the colors were, though the name escapes me. When used right it looks, and works great.

Thanos: I used the stones to destroy the stones. Chubbybots: I used legs to create legs. Honestly great idea, this is why I love Lego. Every time I start a robot I don’t know how to finish so that it still looks good. :( Edit: love the design for the feet.

I find that minifig legs usually lack the grip strength needed for stable and durable builds, so I can't recommend this technique

Hello again chubbybots. The 2 high x4 with 4 studs on?.. which you placed on the back of the legs seems to be my only brick which sits flush with mini fig legs
