The Debut Season of Rasmus Hojlund 

Considering the 16 or so goals he has scored, with the extremely limited service he’s had, is a damn good tally for his first season. United! 😊

Fast, Strong, Can shoot off both feet, good first touch, decent passer, decent holder. It hasn’t been a prolific season but we have seen a well rounded 21 year old who’s only going to get better in the next few seasons so long as he works on his game. I back him to net 20+ next season. Get em Rasmus 😎

Hojlund is a big guy and the way he moves with the ball and at the speed he does move at is great technical striker but can do some dirty finishing if it's a needs must if he's team can play for him he will get more goals and the greatest thing about him is he creates something on his own aswell he definitely got flavor to him

pls can we start playing Hojlund as more of a dynamic striker? i hate to c this finisher-esk striker that just makes runs and waits for the ball. we're missing out on so much of what made us sign Hojlund in the first place. he has the dribbling, the pace, the strenght, in other words the foundation, to really become a complete striker. but this idea of playing him as this finisher is rly just boring. a lot of his highlights were him on the ball, with the ball. Atalanta knew how to play him effectively and understood his skillset, at Utd we're just playing him as some half-assed striker. Hojlund is amazing but it's so sad to c that we arent taking advantage of the very thing that makes him amazing.

he will score 20 + premier league goals minimum next season with better service As a Arsenal fan, the moment I saw him play against us earlier in the season I knew he was a quality signing gave Gabriel something to think about , physically his hold up and link up play is exceptional I would say better than Haaland in that respect. Score all kinds of goals , strong and has a very deceptive pace and acceleration . Funniest thing about him now is hes still not really getting proper service from his wide players, united just need someone that can cross and play him in more and he will cook. Kinda jealous as we dont have a striker .

context is very key, his finishing accuracy is actually good. With the horrible service he received he still finished with a 16 goal season. That is impressive in a young players first season in the prem. Id only say he needs to work on his timing of his off ball runs, but other than that he can become a complete center forward.

if ferguson still in man utd, he will make sure other guys to give the ball to him.. it is his 1st season and the quality is there..need more service from other players.

many people are scrutinizing him, because he plays for United, but remember that he is still very young and belongs to the group with potential, which needs to be honed more, so wait.

very good dribbler and passer and very strong, reminds me a bit of wayne rooney, of course not as technically gifted as rooney. always running at defenders and tussling with the ball against the opponent, very different compared to martial or even rashford

One thing i hate about some people's comments is the fact they look outside reality this guy is young and need much coaching to develop. It is unfortunate that the young led in the United under experience prayers in their position because it will help them develop their games and improve because we all can see the great potential in them we have amazing young players with good talent let's give them time to read the games and understand since they were no understudy in their position

He is quite well-rounded. I believe his best position is 10 but 9 is also really good for him.

This guys is a great 2nd striker or a great "target forward" to hold the ball, and create time and space for another forward or the 2nd to walk up the pitch. He is defenitely wasted as just a "striker" that touches it into the net. Strong, fast, good awareness. Hopefully they understand how to use him better

He’ll never be fully refined, however if you put him in a functional team he’ll score goals.

He is very good player, especially he is a team player ,play fir the badge ,very selfless .

If Gernacho could pick him out more often he’d get more goals. The reason I think we should sell Rashford too! If Sancho was up to par with the premier league he could’ve maybe provided more service. A right forward that doesn’t hold the ball up (Anthony) that’s fast and can put a good ball in is what we need.

Ten Hag needs to stop playing him as a target striker. He shouldn't be playing with his back to goal. Let him make runs and be a more dynamic striker. We also need the team mates around him to support him more with passes that lead to goals.

Ten Hag isn’t the best coach for him. He’s a striker not a midfielder, has to drop down to the midfield to help teammates. 45 goals per season if he played for De Zerbi cos he uses his wingers like Mitoma to feed Welbeck.

Sadly Rashford is still in the club so there will be no assists for Hojlund with Rashford and Garnacho's selfishness.
