Oops, I didn't get a chance to film a new tour! So please enjoy this tour of the Decatur. Originally a custom designed floorplan and built with a different factory. It has been fine tuned with customer feedback multiple times.

I love Franklin Homes design & quality. Love this floorplan. Seen it by another manufacturer, but it wasn't this nice. Absolutely love the fact that I could get a wall oven. Love the built- ins in Master Closet. Really appreciated the time you took to explain options, materials, how Franklin builds their homes. The two if you were great. Thoroughly enjoyed your video. Thank you.

I really like that you explain all the features in the home and what can be customized. Please continue doing this. I watch a lot of these mobile home videos and I really enjoyed the you did yours

Wow, that is a fabulous wall unit around the fireplace! 😮Beautiful kitchen, it has everything. Sink in the utility room. 👍 You skipped one of the guestrooms. Magnificent master bath; love the sink, tub and shower. ❤ I like you three interacting in the tours.

I just want to say that it is NOT a walk in pantry. I walk in you can actually walk in. It is a decent pantry but I prefer a true walk in. But loving the home so far❤❤❤

i get that its a manufactured home and all but everytime i get into a video they go to the master and its a disappointment that closet is only for 1 person. ijs. we are planning or downgrading from a house in Alabama to a modular in Sc. and after lookn at some of these floor plans, i will be customizing.

I really enjoyed this tour. I see alot of tours and franklin homes it absolutely gorgeous and excellent materials. They think of every aspect of the home. I would love this home. Thank you for also offering a ballpark price range for viewers it saves alot of time for us. I also enjoyed watching the guys interact and video together you have a great team and homes. I would rate this a 10 out of 10. The video was great, thanks for sharing. I would like a franklin home. Do they offer franklin homes in Arkansas. Thanks.

Franklin is available in Arkansas. I believe Hawks homes carries them.
