Garfield Park and Austin are good neighborhoods to find cheap property and flip. Alot of big cheap homes and mansions and alot of white and hispanic have been moving in so gentrification is starting

I wonder how did those rentals fare during COVID-19, I know some people with rental properties have taken a huge hit in the past year and a half. He wasn't lying about that "punch in the face" Tyson comment. A lot of young business people don't plan for that unforseen bump in the road.

I was excited to watch this new show. After watching the episode and seeing what Marcello did to the interior!!! I get it,he bought it for Investment, Turn a profit. BUT! He claimed a respect for history, but it was not evident in the finished interior, not even one little bit! The interior was very nicely done, Beautiful spaces flooded with light! Perhaps this was done to minimize his costs and Hopefully next time he will Build out the historic features of an old home instead of Drywalling over those beautiful brick fireplaces and putting in those Horizontal wall 'fire displays'.
