@@sourcekade1478 Thank you! I knew during editing that I just had to draw that thumbnail. I had climbed up there too many times, way more than what's shown in the video XD
One time I ate the deer when I was truly hungry, and the amount of deer eaten got me killed. Also the first deer encounter was very scary for me. It was the single time when I was able to trace something on the radar. So I looked at fast approaching dot on the radar, then looked out of the window and saw a rapidly approaching horned entity. In that brief time my brain was able to think "it's alright, my doors are locked!" Right after that the entiry phased through the locked door and my soul left my body.
I got rid of it by using a lighter to burn the corpse, that worked to stop the ghost from spawning, AND I got a badass charred deer sculpture as a result!
you can also just burn the corpse with a lighter, itll take a few uses but afterwards the zombie deer will be gone and you can drag the charred corpse to a wood chipper
I dunno how people see this stuff, I played VOTV all the way to day 50 like 4 times now and the only new stuff I saw was the octahedron, boars, and "boss fight". Hell, I've never even gotten that game-ending signal in all my hundred plus hours
The first time I saw the deer was when I was looking at the radar, and saw some sort of dot approaching. I had some cameras, so I attempted to see what it was that way. Then suddenly something hit me from behind, doing damage. I thought an Ariral punched me for some reason, so I got up and when I looked, I saw the deer stuck in the chair I was sitting in. I have the pictures to prove it Also, I didn’t even know that the deer had a corpse, and that it was in the bush
@TrekkieEnderman wow you are beyond brave for playing this game. It's just sad that you lose a lot of the atmosphere and some experiences that are sound based
@@Velocity1k-YT Thanks for the advice but that's not feasible for me at the moment. I'm a college student in my last year at a university so I hardly have time to record and edit footages of gameplay. Making videos of in-game everyday stuff would take me too long between posts. Just for comparison, this video took me 2 weeks to edit and polish.
@@TrekkieEnderman this game must be still pretty sweet from your perspective though. You might miss the music and some of the events, but scary shit happens all the time even without audio
I feel bad for you... c418 is one of the greatest composers... and you'll never get to hear him... thats... wow... i don't know how to feel... I'm sorry... i dont mean to be rude... It's just... I'm all about sounds and music... It's how I survive... but you're an enigma to me... how do you do it... live without sound... i mean... That's something I could never live without...
