The Judge said he didn't know "where this person was supposed to be." But from what I gather from this case, they do indeed KNOW WHERE SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE! Is that not the most important information to have?!

Thinking myself as i watch so many court cases how difficult it would be for me to be respectful and polite when addressing some the lowest of the low as judges are expectedly

When couple's are retired it isn't unusual to be away from home often or for extended periods of time. If you do this, have neighbors and family do a walk through of your property more than twice a week. If you don't trust neighbors or family, there are companies who will do the inspections and they are licensed and bonded.

The state attorneys, atleast in Simpsons court, are very good and must have a heck of a support staff. I usually see the female attorneys and am very impressed with their work.

I read a study about the need for CPAP, they are finding that more than half wouldn't require CPAP if the patient would get their weight down to a manageable level. I thought it to be very interesting.

That may be the case for some, but there are a LOT of people that need to used a CPAP machine, who are quite thin (as my husband is and has always been). It's not a case of "one size fits all."

Yvonne missed the part where it reads "more than half." More than half is not the same as "all." So your case is already accounted for in what the original comment said. It's in that other half. 🙄

Wow, the judge as he sometimes does, struggles mightily through trying to articulate the state of events that occurred. Given a few moments to gather his thoughts perhaps he can avoid these struggles in the future.
